Google5We’d definitely give William a 10. He repaired the oven in the most timely way. We’d already had one repair man who did not get it repaired and another who wouldn’t/couldn’t. They were not Sears employees. We went 2.5 months without an oven. William was like a Christmas miracle for a family of 7 who need to be able to bake! Thank you, William!

Google5The gentlemen that came did a great job. The first time that they came, they did the diagnostics, ordered the parts and set up an appointment for the repair. Then, today, they came to repair the dishwasher and were very thoughtful as they put down plastic mats to pull the dishwasher onto to protect the floor, plus it kept water off the flooring. They repaired the dishwasher in excellent time!

Google3He was on time. Called me 5 minutes before arriving at my home. Not much of a talking person. However did his job. Notwithstanding, testing to see if there was leak, I noticed the front door of the washer and dryer combo wasn’t closing properly. I called the service technician and left him a voicemail. He hasn’t gotten back to me. Currently, the leak stopped but the door that once close freely without putting much pressure to close it has to be done that way. I think while installing the gasket he might have not installed the door properly. Please call me when you read my message. Thank you!
