Google5Kraus Garage Door Service was the second company that I called and I was so happy that I did so. Rami answered the phone at 7:30 p.m. I explained the problems I was having. When Rami came to my home he immediately diagnosed the problems. He told me exactly what needed to be done and, even more importantly, he told me what didn't need to be changed. I found Rami to be an honest business man. He provided me with a much better system than what I was being offered by the first service company and at a lesser price. Rami's crew was very professional, efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Kraus Garage Door Service Company is a 1st class act. I highly recommend them!

Google5Fixed the garage door and remote, replaced the motor all with in one day. Great , neat and immediately responsive. I recommend him highly!

Google5Rami came out same day to assess a broken garage door spring, ordered the necessary parts and a day later installed a new spring and got my door back working quickly. Rami was super knowledgeable and communication was fantastic. Definitely recommended!

Google5We have a garage with two separate doors on separate openers but the wooden doors were rotting through and the motors and springs were pretty old. Rami came by talked me through everything and expectations for the installation and I felt pretty comfortable having them work on both doors and openers. He gave me a brochure to pick the style of panels and windows I wanted to discuss with the wife but we went with basically the same pattern we had. The guys came and installed the doors with no surprises and they look great! Rami and team were very easy to communicate with and Rami and I communicated mostly via text. They installed doors, LiftMaster opener (motor) with wall-mounted openers and I was able to further program extra buttons on the remotes and sync up my iPhone app.
