Google5We highly recommend this company. Once we called for an estimate they responded promptly, assessed our garage and ordered the door we wanted. Installation went smoothly and they were done in half a day. The door works great. The price was reasonable.

Google5I recommend them highly and that's actually an understatement. Are you looking for a company that is honest, dependable and fairly priced? Grand Traverse Garage Door is it. Are you looking for a company whose employees are knowledgeable, experienced and phenomenal human beings? You've found it. Every employee I've encountered is kind and goes above and beyond. I'm truly grateful to have found them. Their technicians even stopped what they were doing to push my car out of my driveway after a heavy snowfall. Not once ...but twice. They didn't have to. They simply have integrity.

Google5Grand Travis garage door employees were exceptional. They were able to send a tech out to fix my Garage door the same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Google5Yesterday (Sunday) after pulling my vehicle into the garage a cable on my 16' door broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage! After trying to contact another company I got a hold of Tammy at Grand Traverse Garage doors at about 9:30AM, she told me that they would have a technician out to the house early afternoon which I thought was fantastic! Even better Nick pulled up at approx. 11:00AM and by noon the door was fixed! Excellent, friendly service, thought that we may be stuck at home for a few days but GT Garage door had us free to travel by noon!! GT Garage Door you have my business!!

Google5Called here after my garage door was bashed in and off the tracks by a vehicle. Tammy answered the phone. She was so nice and patient and worked hard to help us. She said she had to call me back a couple times and guess what? SHE DID. What? Someone still honors commitments? Kudos to Tammy. Scott came out to look at damage as promised and called on his way over. Professional and polite too. They work with insurance and stay in communication. Highly recommend.

Google5We selected Grand Traverse Garage Door as they had the style door we wanted. We had the pleasure of working primarily with Tammy but also Kate & Scott. Unfortunately, our builder did not confirm our door selection with Tammy prior to framing and drywall. This created a huge problem for GT Garage Door. Ultimately, Brian the owner had to intervene. He made it right. Thanks to everyone at GT Garage Door.

Google5Wow! Really, just wow! My garage door came off the track early this morning. Epic winter and a Friday. What was the chance of getting repair service? I called Tammy at 7:15 am. She picked up on the first ring. She consulted their calendar and said she would have someone out before 5. I was astounded and unbelievably relieved. Then Mark, my new hero, called me at 11 to say he was on his way. He arrived 30 minutes later. It took him less than 15 minutes to get the situation sorted and repaired. He was friendlier than my golden retriever. This is the second time that Grand Traverse Garage Door has come to my rescue. They are aces!!!

Google5Mark came late Sunday for emergency services to secure my garage door as it fell off the track and barely holding on. He also came back the next few days to fix the issue and get the door back in service. Excellent communication (including Tammy who scheduled the job), excellent work performed, excellent rates, excellent overall job! Mark, you're a rock star! Grand Traverse ROCKS!
