Google3Very unproffesional installation. Bunch of kids in the garage all day. Tried to finish up the trim outside in the dark and didn't get it right. Had them back, moved the trim a bit and they still haven't gotten it straight.

Google5The office staff was most pleasant to work with. The service team came, they removed the DEAD opener, they installed the NEW opener giving life to the old garage door, and they checked to assure for proper operation. All, sales and service staff were most personable, knowledgable, and professional. A GREAT team.

Google5This company was first class! I called and was scheduled for a repair the next day. I was texted when they were on the way and door was fixed in no time. This was the second company I had called after the first was not helpful.

Google5This crew did a wonderful job with my garage door repair. I wish I had known about them sooner! It was a smooth process from the quote to the install and then to payment. They were very communicative even on the weekends or after hours. Big shout out to them for having some top notch customer service and being very friendly both on and off the phone.

Google5I had been told by two other companies that I needed to fully replace my very expensive garage door opener. I had mentioned it to a friend who works in their office and she said please let the guys come out and just take a look. For less than $200 I was back up and running and less than an hour. I could not recommend these guys more, their professionalism is top notch!

Google5I was recommended to two traverse area Garage door companies, precise door and another were recommended. Both were closed on weekend and my challenge started Friday evening after 5p. I could call both but precise had an online contact form which allowed me to leave a full message about my door and not a confusing voice mail. Before I could follow up with either on Monday morning, precise had already emailed me letting me know they can have it done by Monday afternoon. They got everything done and by the time I got home Monday and everything was operational. I highly recommend Precise Garage Door Company. They treated me like I was a vip when they were only important to me because my garage stopped working. If you are undecided then choose Precise and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Precise!!!

Google5I called them for mangled garage door Monday July 3rd and they were out at my lake house at 11:30am just as scheduled. They had the job done by 12:30 and charged a very reasonable price. Great guys and great service. A rarity for sure.

Google5I upgraded to wall mounted garage door lifts from the standard old style openers. The process was very easy, and they did a great job on the installation. They came back when we had a connection issue and Mike was able to sync the devices to our phones so we could open, close and monitor the doors remotely with the Aladdin App. I still need to have an electrician come out to reposition the outlets since they do not do that. I confidently recommend this company.
