Mike came promptly for an assessment of our needs, provided advice including a range of options, and explained their value proposition. It wasn’t long before I had a detailed estimate by email, which was a far better value than other alternatives I reviewed. Mike and team installed our door within a few weeks of the order being placed. The job was done professionally and cleanly. I would recommend J & Z to anyone who needs a door. They’re a pleasure to do business with.

Google5I had a Liftmaster garage door opener installed on a 16 ft wide by 8 ft high garage door. Mike did a great job with the installation, and it was a real pleasure meeting him. Vicky coordinated everything perfectly, and gave me an honest and expert recommendation on what model opener I needed, which was smaller and cheaper than I what I thought I needed!! Absolute professionals, that I highly recommend!!! Oh, they are also very nice people!! Marc

Google5Jim did a great job with our garage doors. He answered his phone (which is hard to get someone to do up here), he provided a free estimate, did the job on time and came in exactly on his estimate! Good luck finding anyone else in this area to that! He is truly a hidden secret. His prices are more than fair. If anything, I was shock by the quality of both the door and the craftsmanship that him and his crew did. Plus, Mike is really cute!

Google5Jim does great work for a fair price. We are extremely happy with his product as well as his work. He installed 3 installed shop doors with windows as well as replaced our home garage door and even fixed our spring in our enclosed trailer. You are not going to find a more honest and fair contractor. #Fact

Google1Poor customer service and communication. Tried to use this company to do some repairs on my garage door. They showed up without calling and expect homeowner to be onsite. After waiting a couple of months to get an appointment, I cancelled the initial request.

Google5i live in eagle river, I'm building a new garage and 1000 foot addition, i called J&Z to have them install my door because there is a bedroom above the garage, they advised me on the type of door i should get and i took their advice, the door is prefect, i built my garage and addition alone, yes by myself, i did not know when i would be ready for the new door but when i was they fit me in their schedule and installed the door, i could not be happier, the seal is tight and the door is quiet when it goes up and down, i paid more then a big box store but the quality and professional install was worth every penny, i will get many many good years out of their work , so thanks, bob

Google5Great folks to work with. Very responsive. Called this morning with problem and they came out within the hour and tested the opener. It failed so they went and got a new unit and replaced it before lunch. Mike did an outstanding job. I cannot say enough good things about J&Z Overhead doors. Jim and Mike do a great job.

Google5Jim is awesome - he installed the doors at Canvas Products of Eagle River. If you want to see his work, feel free to stop by and see his work. They are insulated doors with openers and work awesome. Extremely warm with no draft and always work when we need them. You get what you pay for and these doors are worth every penny.
