Google5Had a garage door quit working on Sunday. Called early Monday morning and left a message. Received a call back and Austin arrived shortly after 9 a.m. My garage door works better than it did when it was first installed by a different company. And pricing was reasonable. Would HIGHLY recommend Northland Overhead Doors.

Google5Unbelievable. I called them (Mark) at 9:10 a.m. Techs were in the area on a different job. Mark dispatched them over to our house afterward and they arrived around 9:30. They diagnosed the problems and did a fantastic job fixing the door! Austin & Trevor were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They were excellent at explaining what the issues were and fixing them. In one hour our garage door was functioning better than it has in 10 years. The price was fair and reasonable also. I highly recommend this company.

Google5Mark was wonderful to work with. I called another garage door company first and was told to go on the website select my doors and email them. It was very impersonal so I decided to call Northland Overhead Doors and was not disappointed! Mark gave me suggestions showed me samples and talked me through the whole process. He kept me updated when there was a backorder on one of my doors and really was very professional. The doors were installed with no hiccups and was such a smooth process. I highly recommend Northland Overhead Doors!

Google5This business deserves more than five stars! Starting with the first contact for our order. Mark was so helpful in ordering our overhead garage doors and took care of all our needs. The three install guys Austin, Tyler and Zach were fantastic, friendly and really did an awesome job! The best all around experience with contractors, would highly recommend!

Google5Garage door opener would not work. We needed it fixed and Northland sent Austin out within 2 hrs. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was gone in 30 minutes. He knew what he was doing and was a pleasure to deal with. Very reasonable fix. Could have cost much more.

Google5We just moved into our house and one cable on our garage door broke. We were expecting this to be a large expense, but we found out that the cables were replaced a few years ago by Northland. We gave them a call and they made the process so easy! They answered our questions and communicated well, and they were quick to get service scheduled. Our cables were covered by warranty (which they had on record), so we only paid labor, had both cables replaced, and had the work done in less than 20 minutes after our technician arrived. Our technician was Garth - he was friendly, efficient, and arrived EXACTLY at the time we expected. We will definitely keep Northland on our list of companies to recommend to others - and we will call them again ourselves if ever needed!

Yelp5Very impressed with Northland Overhead Doors. Mark the owner is great to work with and his installer, Austin, did an amazing job. Very clean install and he made sure everything worked before leaving, including helping me synch my cars, MyQ, etc. And, when you purchase from a professional you get the good stuff. For example, the chain track is a piece of solid metal, not a bunch of pieces like you get from the big box stores. I highly recommend Mark and his crew.
