    Great service that was fast! From the phone call I made to the final payment everything was perfect. I had the best service from this company.     We had a great experience with Georgia Garage. Russell Hill came out and replaced our springs, the plate with bearings, and all of our rollers — all done with same-day service. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the pricing before starting the work. Everything runs smooth and quiet now. We will definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

    I had my new Chamberlain garage door opener installed today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Russell was outstanding — professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly, made sure the installation was done perfectly, and didn’t rush the job. The garage door is operating smoothly and quietly, and he verified that everything was working correctly before leaving. Russell truly went above and beyond, and his workmanship reflects pride in what he does. He is a huge asset to the company and honestly deserves a PAY RAISE for the quality of service he provides. If you’re lucky enough to get Russell as your installer, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

    The installation part of this whole endeavor was perfect. Matthew the installer showed up was professional and patient and made up for the HORRIBLE experience with Lowe’s. We wish we’d just chosen Georgia Garage from the start. Highly recommend.

    Russell put in a garage door opener for me and I'm so pleased with his work and his kindness. He explained everything thoroughly and got it done under 2 hours while I worked ! I'll definitely call him for future properties!

    I just got our new garage door opener installed. Ron called to give us a time for the installation. He arrived on time and finished the work in about one hour; then he took the tome to show me and my wife how to use the new opener and the apps on our phones. This has been the most professional and courteous in home service we have received. I would give Ron more than 5 stars if I could

    It was excellent and the communication was excellent. They had the best customer service. They were efficient and quick. They won't talk over my head and let me know when the rye were coming.     I recently needed a small job done for my garage door. (I needed just the bottom panel replaced) I had called two other places and they basically turned me down...guess they weren't going to make enough money from me. I got GG from a local painting company and right away I could tell why they came highly recommended. Jerimah was awesome! Professional and enthusiastic! (I remember one guy at one of the other companies I had called acted like I was asking him do a root canal because he was super uninterested and he wasn't at all shy about letting me know...wow talk about driving away business...) But not GG, they were like ya, sure no problem! Matt our installer was awesome too. He went out of his way to make sure everything was installed properly and even cleaned my garage door...thanks Matt! You can't get better than these guys. They treat you right! I cannot recommend them enough...thank you for your hard work and impeccable customer service!

    The response to my call was immediate and professional. It was late afternoon and I was prepared to wait until the next day. However, Jeremiah answered the phone and said he would come by. He was cordial and thorough. He explained the problems and costs to me. The itemized invoice was affordable compared to the three previous estimates received the same day. I recommend Georgia Garage.

    I had to replace a broken door. Georgia Garage did excellently. Inexpensive; amazing customer service from the owner and repairman, fast and efficient installation, and an extremely high-quality door. I will absolutely be going back to them to eventually replace the other one. Thank you, Georgia Garage.

    Jeremiah came by and did the repair. He was prompt and courteous and did a great job. His price was very fair and he pointed out things to me that might need work in the future. Told me what to keep an eye on. And then gave me a quote on a new door so maybe next year when I can afford it I'll have it replaced. Overall I was very happy with the work done and the price. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Called several vendors when my garage door stopped working at 10pm. The other vendors took hours to return my call whereas Jeremiah picked up immediately. First thing in the morning, he sent Russell my way. Russell is smart, efficient, and fair. He explained what was wrong with the garage door and offered tips to maintain it in the future. I don't think the repair to longer than 30 min. I will use these guys in the future.

    Very responsive, honest and extremely profession. I highly recommend using them. Very knowledgable about the industry and took the time to explain everything to me, gave me a few options to fix my door and made sure I understood exactly what was happening and sincerely wanted to make sure I was satisfied.     Although I have never personally had any work done by GA garage I can say that I know Jeremiah's character is trustworthy and his work and ethic and ability to provide quality service is second to none. If I did ever need some garage work done he'd be the person I'd call.
