Google5We called this company to put in a new motor for our garage door. Made an appointment.. Nathan called that day in the morning to confirm. Google5I left a message this morning, asking if they serviced garage doors in my area. Nathan called back a short time later, and was at my door 15 minutes after that. (Okay, to be fair, he had coincidentally just finished with a customer just up the road!) He made some adjustments on my doors, as well as lubricated them, and all for a reasonable fee. Thanks, Nathan & Tammy!

Communication with Nathan throughout was never lacking and he quickly responded to any questions I had. Google5Nathan is THE MAN!! I like to trust people when I do business. I got caught by a scammer with a metal building business. “Unrivaled Metal Buildings” signed a contract and took a they took a deposit. However, they had no plans on honoring their contract as it turns out. So I did research on the Better Business Bureau site and discovered that they were stealing peoples deposits and not following through on what they said they would do in the contract. Now I have an issue with them …trying to get my refund back. In that time, I had picked out the garage door that I wanted with “Nathan The Garage Door Man from North Georgia, and he is such a personable person. The price was very fair. I recognized that immediately. He wasn’t trying to get rich off of one deal. I respected that too. When the garage maker went south with our deal, Nathan was quick to refund the S1500 that I had put up as a deposit. It’s hard to find good honorable people that do their work in a cheerful demeanor. Nathan is that kind of person. When the dust clears on my snafu with that disreputable metal building company, rest assured Nathan will get a call from me to get it going again. Thank you Nathan.

Google5I have three 18 year old garage doors and Genie lifters, which were getting very creaky. Nathan came out to adjust and maintain them. In less than an hour, they run like new. He even fixed the outside trim on one of the openings to eliminate the bow in it. We are so pleased with Nathan and his team!
