Google1C & E put in our shed door a few years ago. Cable broke, have called 5 times in the last 3 weeks and each time the lady that answers acts like it's the first time she's heard from us. The first time she said they could probably come out later that week.. no one came or contacted us.. 3 weeks later.. still no one has been in contact with us. This is not the first time either. We had an issue a couple years ago, needed a repair, got the run around then too.. ended up going to Hays to get parts and fixed it ourselves. We can't get equipment out of the shed to work. Called a competitor after the phone call today.. they will be out tomorrow to fix it. Don't bother with C & E, they don't take care of their customers.

Google1No communication or estimate given after three months of visit. They don't follow up on information like they say they will. I've had to contact them for follow up just to be given run around. Initial appointment canceled spur of the moment even though I scheduled a day off work & drove three hours to make the appointment.

Google1If you read the 2 other one stars and wonder if they're true they are. 2 years later and they still don't want to do any business. Called for a quote and was told they would call me back after checking schedule, never heard from them.

Google5This group was slammed with orders due to weather. I had a minor concern about the operation of my house garage door and they quickly hurried over the get it working well despite being very booked out.

Google5Dennis was great even showed up a day earlier than expected. I run a business out of this building. So I really needed it done. Thanks Dennis wonderful communication and fixed every thing in a short time. Would use them agian if I need them.
