Google5Lucas called and provided timeline options for his arrival, then went above and beyond while replacing a garage door motor along with adjusting the second garage rails while he was here. Overhead Doors is great company with a great story in OKC. Thanks for everything Lucas.

Google1Not truck-friendly, tight squeeze delivery. FYI that street you turn down is a dead end with no room to turn around and a cop shop next door. Very busy street. Call ahead to have them open the gate so you don't get tied up. The dock is on the NE corner of their building. Slide tandem up. You can drop the trailer early and hang out at the truck stop if you call ahead and get permission. The people were great. I will not be back.

Google2The good - The prices are competitive in the OKC metro area. The bad - The person that handles customer service is not very good at customer service. The ugly - I had my garage door installed January of 2024. The garage door was broken and off the tracks in June of 2025. I called them and she told me that there is only a one year parts and labor guarantee. To me, if you cannot or will not guarantee your craft for more than a year, then you do not do good work. Shame on me for not knowing but I will not recommend them to any friends or family and I would not recommend them to you.
