ASAP Garage Doors has some of the best people in town. I called their office and Josh was out providing a quote within a day. Their prices were great and they were able to quickly pencil me in for a new door and opener. They were professional at all times and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend the team at ASAP and will be calling them again if needed. 10/10

Daniel.and Adam fixed some things (I think a spring and the rollers were given some maintenance ... I'm not very knowledgeable, here) I was impressed with the professionalism of both gentlemen. Daniel explained and showed me what needed repair and left me with a quieter garage door. Thank you for sending two impressive technicians.

Three (3) years ago ASAP installed Lift Master openers in my garage and did an excellent job. Call ASAP 1st , you will not be disappointed .

I called yesterday, late in the day, with a completely fried garage door opener, and these guys were awesome. They were able to come to my house with a technician today and fix my garage door before a house showing that I've been focused on. Ross was very professional, he knew his craft inside and out, as I could tell by how quickly he finished the whole job. Huge shout out to Ross and ASAP Garage Doors & Services Inc. Highly recommended and will use again if I ever have any issues.

I just had a super experience with ASAP GARAGE AND DOORS COMPANY located in OCALA Florida. The operations manager Rick was very knowledgeable, professional and has a great personality. He replaced the springs and rollers in one hour. I would highly recommend Rick and the ASAP company to my friends and family.

Great service. Shane was very knowledgeable and reviewed my new device with me as well as pointed out what I might expect next on the garage door given its age and current condition. I also really appreciate how quick and easy it was to get an appointment in a very short amount of time. The wait where I bought the opener was a month out; they were here in two days with one of the days being due to my convenience- they could have come next the day if needed. The price was fair. Originally called in Dec of 2018. Technician responded, replaced some parts, money paid, says problem fixed. Problem reoccurred in Jan 2019, another call for service. Technician responded, says this time it needs more parts, more money paid, says problem fixed. Problem reoccurred in March 2019, technician responded, says more parts needed, more money needed, I refused to do any more business with ASAP. When you call a company, you expect a professional to respond, diagnose the problem, repair it, and charge a fair price. ASAP responds with a technician who makes some guesses as to what could be wrong, charges you for his guess, and if it turns out to be wrong (as it did twice in my case) his response is to make another guess at your expense. If I want somebody to come out and guess what could be wrong with my opener, I'll just call my local handyman. I expected much more from ASAP and I am bitterly disappointed with their methods and competence. Services Rendered: garage door opener operates intermittently

The office manager is rude and yelled at me and talked over me. Finally she sent out a tech who worked on the door. He was very rude and couldn't fix the door. He argued with us and even threatened me (he said let's go outside and work this out). He left without fixing the problem. Services Rendered: The replaced our garage door motor a few months ago. They guaranteed their work. The door won't come down.

Found that our garage door was not opening properly. Called ASAP about 4 PM, expecting that they would send out a service tech within the next few days. Instead they said they could have someone at our house between 5 and 7 PM today! Techs arrived, immediately diagnosed problem as a broken spring. Quickly replaced both springs on door and they were on their way in well less than 2 hours. Work was performed professionally, techs knew what they were doing, and cost was a fair price, particularly considering the responsiveness of the company. Services Rendered: Repaired garage door
