Google5Great team! Called and spoke with Javier about an issue with my garage door. He took the time to walk me through all possible issues it may be and we were able to fix it over the phone. It was a simple fix and based on that experience, I highly recommend using them with any questions or repairs that need to be made.

Google5I was very pleased with the honesty and quality of Omega's technician. I wasn't sure if a problem with the garage door had occurred. The technician only needed to perform routine maintenance as it had been awhile since any had been done. Professionalism and honesty will keep me returning to Omega Garage Doors if a need occurs.

Google5Efficient and kind service by Jim. Extremely cost efficient to do regular maintenance. My door jammed up and stopped working due to chains and springs stretching.

Google5We contacted Omega Garage Doors to replace the torsion springs on our overhead door. When Brandon arrived, he thought that the springs just needed adjusted and not replaced. He did the adjustments, lubricated all components and also adjusted the door opener. He is very personable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and also answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend Brandon and Omega Garage Doors of Ocala.

Google5I highly recommend Omega Garage Doors as an honest and reliable company. Service tech Brandon arrived exactly on time for our appointment to repair our garage door opener (broken chain). He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He was very familiar with the twenty year old garage door opener that was installed when the house was new. Last week I paid $85 to Garage Door ASAP Services of Cleremont FL who told me that it was not repairable and would require an entirely new and expensive system. Brandon said it was definitely reparable, and completed the repair job for about 10% of what Garage Door ASAP wanted to charge.

Google5I just started leasing a commercial building with two large rollup delivery doors of which one would not open more than a few inches. We called multiple companies who quoted $300-$400 just to CHECK the problem. We finally spoke to Omega Garage doors who said they would come out for a free estimate and only charge according to the service they had to conduct. Needless to say, Wayne did not gouge or try to oversell anything. He simply identified we needed some lubricant and in less than 20 minutes both doors were freshly lubricated and functioning like new for a grand total of $85. Thanks Omega and Wayne!!!
