Google5Great team! Called and spoke with Javier about an issue with my garage door. He took the time to walk me through all possible issues it may be and we were able to fix it over the phone. It was a simple fix and based on that experience, I highly recommend using them with any questions or repairs that need to be made.

Google5I was very pleased with the honesty and quality of Omega's technician. I wasn't sure if a problem with the garage door had occurred. The technician only needed to perform routine maintenance as it had been awhile since any had been done. Professionalism and honesty will keep me returning to Omega Garage Doors if a need occurs.

Google5We contacted Omega Garage Doors to replace the torsion springs on our overhead door. When Brandon arrived, he thought that the springs just needed adjusted and not replaced. He did the adjustments, lubricated all components and also adjusted the door opener. He is very personable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and also answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend Brandon and Omega Garage Doors of Ocala.

Google5I highly recommend Omega Garage Doors as an honest and reliable company. Service tech Brandon arrived exactly on time for our appointment to repair our garage door opener (broken chain). He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He was very familiar with the twenty year old garage door opener that was installed when the house was new. Last week I paid $85 to Garage Door ASAP Services of Cleremont FL who told me that it was not repairable and would require an entirely new and expensive system. Brandon said it was definitely reparable, and completed the repair job for about 10% of what Garage Door ASAP wanted to charge.

Google5Omega garage doors is great! About to move in to my newly bought home and Brandon came by to help me with my garage doors. He was amazing! Loved his whole demeanor. He was thorough and taught me the necessary things I needed for the garage doors. He also brought a better remote for the garage doors that’s exactly what we needed. Brandon was very easy going and fun to chat with. Did a great job detecting the issues with the garage doors and solved all issues. Thank you Brandon.

Google2I hired Omega to install a garage door opener that I purchased elsewhere, but did not have the time or patience to install myself. The technicians were polite and prompt. They did a good job installing my garage door opener. HOWEVER, they pulled a bait and switch on me. When I called to schedule the service I was quoted a price of $100 for the installation. After the installation was completed I was handed a bill for $150. I paid the bill without making a fuss, but I did not appreciate the dishonest business practice.
