WTOD installed our garage doors in 2019. We have been having trouble with one of the doors for over a year. I have called repeatedly for last 6 months and have never gotten a call back. I finally called another well know company and they came out the same day and discovered the door was assembled misaligned and one of the rails was installed incorrectly. They got it straightened out and now the door works perfectly. Bottom Line: Don't trust the safety of your family and auto to a faulty job... use another company!
