BBB1***WARNING*** Do not waste your time calling Alpine Overhead. ************************* is a scam artist. The good reviews are talking about the previous owner. Trust the 1 star reviews, they are accurate. If it was possible to give a negative star that would be more reflective of his service. He is totally unprofessional. He will lie to you, take your money and never be heard from or seen again. I can't warn you enough to stay away from him.

BBB1I ordered a garage door from Alpine Overhead Garage Door Service in September 2021. At the time I was told it would take 4-5 months to come in. I had little to no contact with my repair person. After 5 months I had to track him down as both phone numbers listed on the web page did not work. He said he would refund my $1500 deposit and would come by and explain to me the delay. He has not showed up or sent me my refund. I would beware of loosing money at this business.

BBB1If I could give zero stars, I would. This guy took $1000 of insurance money to get our new garage door ordered. Never saw him again. Calls, messages, texts, week after week no answer. Please save yourself the trouble I am going through and don't do business with this person.
