Angi5Couldn't have been better unless they did the work for free! Services Rendered: A cable on our garage door was broken. I made the mistake of calling another service company whose technician took one look at it and said he didn't have parts for "older doors." When I pointed out that this was simply a cable that needed to be replaced, he said parts were no longer available. Crawford's technician arrived on time and had the door fixed within about 30 minutes. He got it working better than before the cable broke.

Angi5The whole experience was pretty painless. Since the residential service is not local to me we were able to conduct all business via email. I was given a quote over the phone and when the official quote came it was for more than that amount. I did math and figured it was for tax. I asked about the difference and even mentioned being fine with paying the higher amount. They honored the original quote which was $75 less. The installer was great. He repaired some items that had been damaged when the old door had a mishap, removed the old door, and gave me the warranty information. I would definitely use their services again if I am ever in need of another garage door. Services Rendered: Installed a new garage door. Removed the old one.
