Google5My husband and I had our shutters installed by Dillard Gulf Coast LLC,. The technicians did a wonderful job, and the shutters look beautiful. The technicians were wonderful, very polite and accommodating. The company’s administration was very professional and courteous which makes the company an overall success. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for hurricane shutters.

Google1I contacted Gulf Coast Shutter and scheduled them to service a automatic closer. They scheduled me for a Tuesday between 8 and 11 with instructions for the tech to notify me when he or she was on the way. I call their office at 12:00 and was told "he must have started working at panama city beach first and that they'd get in touch with the tech". At 2:00 I finally had call and cancel my appointment, never heard anything from the tech. Complete waste of my time. If you hire Gulf Coast Shutters, clear you entire day and don't go by their scheduled window. I understand that unforseen things happen, but the customer should be updated.

Rebecca also provided excellent help scheduling and answering my general questions. Had exterior garage door keypad replaced. Quick, efficient service with reasonable cost.

Google5Overhead Door Company of NW Florida provided the best customer service I have experienced since moving to Florida in 1999. When my garage stopped opening and closing suddenly, I called them and they sent an excellent overhead garage door technician ,Josh, who immediately inspected, adjusted, and serviced the door after he fixed it in less than hour. The price for his great work was fair, reasonable, and fit my fixed income budget. A super job from the office staff and technician from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. Google5Gulf Coast Shutters just installed 11 hurricane shutters for us in Santa Rosa Beach. Extremely professional and the installers did a great job during sweltering heat. They cleaned up the area each day and were respectful of our property. We will use them in the future to purchase and install more hurricane shutters. Family owned business that takes pride in their work.

Google5What a great company form the first contact to service call. Got a quick appointment for service and programing of my garage door opener after a storm. Josh did an amazing job. He arrived on time and explained what and why he was doing. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable from first contact to service call. I highly recommend this company hopefully Josh will arrive at your home. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Google5James technician did a great job. Very friendly and talkative. Completed repairs quickly by replacing the heavy duty springs. He called ahead to give me a 30 minute lead time and arrived within the service window. He even lubricated all the hinges on the door after cleaning up the site. Shannon on the phone was very helpful, friendly and was able to schedule next day service for me. She called back to confirm when she said she would. All done for a fair price. I'm very happy to leave garage door repair issues to the pros. Would recommend Overhead Door to anyone needing these services.
