Google1Sears Home Services misdiagnosis of our dryer resulted in us having to buy a new dryer we did not need. Called and Sears Home Services refused to provide credit for misdiagnosis. Very disappointed.

Google5Customer service and service technician skill was extremely helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable and can tell the technician cared about his quality of workmanship. The service technician is definitely promotion worthy and the type of technician the deserves recognition.

Google5Kenneth was very well mannered professional, and didn’t make a mess. Did his job very fast and I was very pressed with him. I’m not real happy with Choice home warranty because it took me quite a few months and quite A lot of calls to ever get them to answer me back. Kenneth was excellent thank you

Google1UPDATE: The phone number and website given are no help please stop with the fake replies to negative feedback. Your call center already told me there is nothing they can do. Zero stars. I had the worst experience working with this company. Rescheduled my repair FOUR times. Will only contact you by email/text/AI assistant. Their customer service is all automated. They charge the customer a fee for cancelling but cancelled the day of on me four times. Save your time do not use them.

Google1Not happy with this service at all!!! The last tracking said arrive about 2:39 pm. No contact until I texted at 4pm. He said he was in my driveway and would be in shortly. He seemed in a hurry and didn't want to be there. I explained my concerns. He opened the fridge and said it was leaking refrigerant and the compressor was going. He didn't pull it out or test anything except to squeeze the ice cream and say it was soft. I told him it was just over a year old. He asked why I didn't answer if it was under warranty during his initial morning call. He never asked me that! I said it was just over a year old and I didn't buy an extended warranty so I didn't think anything would be covered. I paid the $138 charge and did not receive anything that explained what he found. I just had a separate service come out. They smelled the same thing I did but he did all the tests, pulled it out and checked all the lines. That's how it should have been done!!!!

He was able to get my system up and running very quickly. He is a true asset to your company and needs to be recognized for his stellar performance.
