Bob, the owner, and his assistant came out today, November 30th. They were able to come out earlier than our appointment time which was great. After analyzing the situation and doing a few tests that determined the cause, the circuit board was replaced from the nonworking unit. The rollers were also lubricated on both doors (since we have two garage doors). We were lucky that he had the needed circuit board since our model was outdated and they no longer make circuit boards for it. It was the last one he had too (and he gave us a discount on it). There is a one year warranty on this part. He offered to reprogram our garage door openers as well, but we couldn't find where we put them. He told us how to reprogram them when we do find them. We have used this company before, a few years ago, when we had him install a new garage door opener. It is still going strong. We will continue to use Bob in the future and highly recommend him to everybody. Services Rendered: Replaced burned out circuit board and lubricated rollers.

The spring broke on a Thursday morning, while my wife was opening the door. I called Metro door Thursday night and he came out on Saturday to replace, even though it was snowing. Charged me at the regular rate, because he was completely booked on Friday. Excellent job and the door is far quieter now than ever before. Services Rendered: Repaired broken spring on garage door.
