Very unprofessional and unfinished work. Our insurance brought in this company to do remodel of a water damaged kitchen a couple of years ago and still finding things that were not completed or damaged. We even had to dig out of the trash some broken pieces that weren’t replaced and they didn’t seal our countertops. Built our cabinets over our water lines so when we had to replace our dishwasher, it was a whole thing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! They sent out someone to access damage on my home. Whoever they sent out is incredibly rude, dismissive, takes personal calls while at my home, and didn't review all of my damages. I have since found MORE damage on my home and they are just saying a repair, but they didn't even put the siding that I lost during that storm. This is an absolute JOKE! Maybe if their employees took pride in their work things would be done correctly. Response: never once has anyone told me you don’t work on mobile homes, not even when I called the other day. If you’re sent to my home to do an estimate, then evaluate everything to provide an accurate estimate. You’re not going to tell me that my experience with your person who handles estimates was untrue. It absolutely happened and he was rude and dismissive. That is NOT false.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Copeland Construction. My insurance company scheduled them to assess a claim on my home. On Monday, Copeland Construction contacted me directly and confirmed an appointment for Wednesday at 9:30 AM. I rearranged my schedule and showed up on time—only to be stood up. No one from Copeland Construction ever arrived. After waiting, I called their office to see if there had been a mix-up or if they needed help with directions. I was then informed, without apology, that the appointment had been canceled due to the height of my roof. This was especially frustrating because I had clearly stated during the initial call that my roof was 40 feet high, and the representative still went ahead and booked the appointment. No one from the company called, emailed, or texted to notify me of the cancellation. Instead of taking responsibility, they made it sound like the miscommunication was my fault. This experience was not just inconvenient—it was unprofessional. Based on this encounter, I would describe Copeland Construction as unreliable, dishonest, and lacking in basic customer service standards. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I was referred to Copeland by my insurer, for whom they are a preferred provider. I looked into them before committing, and they have been in business for decades with largely excellent reviews, which made me comfortable using them. After my experience with Copeland, there is clearly a reason for that - they came out very quickly and got things moving fast. They were communicative and extremely professional, and their staff members who came to do the paint and drywall, Wilmer and Ponce, not only did a great job but were just really nice guys who went above and beyond to do good, detail-oriented work. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend Copeland.

Copeland took care of replacing the tile on the the first floor and repainting of my kitchen. They did a great job and did what they said they were going to do and followed up on any questions. Not many companies out there can claim all of those!

Unfortunately not a great experience. I was referred by my insurance company. I didn't receive timely updates from the construction manager and had to call/email for updates. The office staff was great relaying the information to the construction manager and calling me back. Had some issues with subcontractors who ended up delaying the progress of my repairs. That subcontractor ended up not rebuilding my awning instead reinforcing it. I noticed it as I was keeping tabs and had to ask why the construction manager. I wish I would have been told prior, it would have been a simple call. We did have issues with the supply chain and don't blame Copeland for that, but took a lot longer than was anticipated with that subcontractor. And also wished I would have been given timely updates. I ended up calling a few times directly to that subcontractor for an update. The overall work was pretty good, the last thing I was disappointed with was all the nails in the grass. I ended up buying my own magnet to find more of them but kept finding them. Before providing the check, I did ask that they come out and check the lawn. They did end up doing that. I gave authorization in mid-May, I know a few projects were in front of me. I believe the construction should have started in July and should have taken a few weeks from what I was told and it didn't finish until mid-November.

Great subcontractors but terrible service. The contractor won’t accept calls after like 10am/ 11am. Ridiculous. And don’t expect an invoice from them, they give you a hand written paper with a singular total. You can, “compare it with your estimate” is the line. What company doesn’t provide an itemized invoice at the end of the job? These people. Oh, and I was out of my house for FIVE months for work that could have been done in 2, and that’s being generous.
