Google5These guys are always prompt and do great work. This is actually the second time we’ve had them come out in the last few months. Our technician Brenton, was exceptionally helpful and did great work replacing one of the springs on our garage door. He also did a good job of explaining the work required, the steps he would take, and the expected costs associated. I would highly recommend them for any garage door repair.

Google5Thank you Kyle for saving the day! Our garage broke first thing in the morning and when I called Discount Garage Door they were able to fit us into their schedule within a few hours! They got to the house and fixed the door by 1:00pm! So thankful for the quality of repair and the professionalism Kyle showed. Great job!!!

Google1Purchased a complete garage door set up about 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues since. I initially called for some repairs that the install team screwed up (ya could hear it down the street) when the tech came out he sprayed lube on it and said it was good. Well it didn't last long it still was quite loud for a new door. Well today a major failure happened, a wheel came off the track and bound the door. I called to have a repair done and was advised (oh yeah, don't worry that's under warranty). As I looked closer at some installation points I discovered that the arm connecting the door to the opener was off by almost 2 inches. How in the world can that go unnoticed during the install and then when the tech came out to fix the initial screw up? So, when the tech finished fixing everything I was advised that there is a service call fee of $150. I was also advised that since it was a different tech that's why I had to pay?? Needless to say I will never use them again and of course I will never recommend them to a single soul.

Google2Shady? Smoke & Mirrors? These people boast about the 5-year warranty when they want you to buy their parts. They fail to mention the 5-year warranty is only good if you pay for the yearly maintenance program. It would've been nice to know about that upfront instead of reading it on an invoice after the fact. If that program it's anything like the lube job I received the other day, no thanks. Total lack of respect in my opinion. I think there was more lubricant on the walls behind the springs than actually on the springs themselves. Maybe carry a piece of cardboard or something to put behind them while you spray??? Just a thought.

Google5Victor came out on time and repaired our garage door in a short time. He was very polite and professional and charged us a very fair price. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend!!

Google5we love discount garage door! they always go above and beyond! Juan and Chris did a fantastic job! Juan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. customer service is top priority with this company. my husband decided he wanted to burn up our old garage door motor (hahaha) so we needed some help and advice! they replaced our motor and made other recommendations to make our door last forever. replacing our garage door rollers was something that needed to happen and it has made a huge difference! we are so excited to have a new and improved motor with all the features of 2025. we love how quiet this thing is!!!! thank you Juan for showing my husband how to not burn up this motor and how to keep it top notch.

Google4Victor did a fantastic job replacing two garage door springs, rollers and installing a brand new garage door opener. He did this in a very timely manner and was very professional. Victor explained everything that was being done and why. America needs more workers like him. Victor deserves a raise and a day off with pay.
