After spending some time trying to find what I was looking for Dave offered to assist and was extremely helpful and friendly. Good customer service goes a long way and Dave definitely had it. Thank you.

It tells you that your order is ready. You go in and let them know you're here and then you go to wait another 3040 minutes to bring out your order. So obviously you order was not ready

Went to the rental area to inquire about renting some equipment. The team there was so incompetent they couldn't even give me details about renting without have to go up 3 different chains of command. The lady at the front desk was kind but the two gentlemen that she asked questions to, seemed to have the lights off up there. Wouldn't recommend going to this home depot for renting.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but this is necessary. I purchased some items took them back to my car, my dog was in the car, the dog jumped out, I ran after the dog and in the process I ripped the receipt that I had. I need this receipt for non-profit organization purposes. I take the receipt back inside to ask them to reprint it. None of the terminals and the customer service area would do it. They called the manager in the back. Ask me for the first six digits of my credit card , and then verify the last four digits on the receipt. The manager asked the lady on the phone what time it was, how much was the tax, how much was the total, how many items, etc. still could not print me a receipt. I waited about 20 minutes. And told him I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager came up front and I said, I just need a receipt. How hard can it be? She couldn't do it. So I went back to my car got all the things brought aak the things back in, returned them, and bought them again, and got a receipt.... If the manager couldn't figure out how to solve the problem. Why didn't she suggest this from the jump. Instead of me waiting for 40 minutes and then figuring it out myself?

This one worker her name was lyric I think was super helpful… she searched that store up and down until she found what I was looking for. Not to throw any shade at the other Home Depot’s but the service is usually terrible, not this one!!! 10/10 would shop again.

I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us as if we didn’t matter. Our questions were brushed off, we were ignored at the service desk, and it was clear that other customers around us were getting better treatment. We left feeling like second-class citizens in a store we’ve shopped at for years. If Home Depot doesn’t value all customers equally, then they don’t deserve our business. We won’t be coming back.

Rude stocker. I was at the pipe fitting aisle, looking for a fitting and trying to figure out a fix. The guy was an older skinny Caucasian guy. Grey hair. Glasses. He was getting impatient because I was "in his way" of him stocking. He said "can I help you? I was stocking there." I told him, "im trying to shop and figure something out." I then told him the problem. He said, id buy a new one. I went to there to try and fix it because i cant buy a new one. Unless he wants to buy it for me. But really he just wanted me out of his way so he could finish stock. He kept getting more of an attitude and impatient. I then called him out and reminded him that "customers buying things pay his wage. And im sure if your boss saw you waiting to stock because a customer is looking and trying to buy something, that you won't get in trouble." I then continued to look there for awhile. But if the guy doesn't like people maybe he should be a stocker at late night and where there is no people. Customer Service means you will deal with people. Or if you are in a bad mood, don't take it out on a customer that was probably going to buy something.

While travelling across Route 66 I had the need to enter W Reno Ave store in Oklahoma City. Numerous employees were helpful in trying to assist me. I want to do a shoutout to two exceptional employees, Janice, COS, and Chris, from plumbing, who went above and beyond in helping me resolve my problem. They both gave me their time and assistance in a time of need to locate a part needed to continue my travel. They both showed their personal character to help someone in need and represented Home Depot’s customer service exceptionally. Thank you for helping your Canadian neighbour as I travel Route 66.
