Google5We absolutely love our new Pella doors! They gave our exterior a more modern look while still complementing the original style of our home. One of our favorite features is the added privacy—they let in plenty of light without allowing others to see inside. The doors also feel incredibly secure when locked and are well-insulated, keeping the outdoor air where it belongs. We also want to give a big shoutout to our sales representative, Jeff Chill, and his excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Google1Pella Service Question Reference # 240408-003605 Just got off the phone explaining that I'm experiencing condensation between one of my windows. Provided photos and expressed my concern this due to a defective seal and told they would have to view the condensation personally by one of their technicians. But, it may take a few days to schedule an inspection so the technician could view this personally. Pella sent me a pdf file for "Service & Maintenance, "CONDENSATION". This Pella Manual on page 3 and 6 states the following. Page 3: "Between-the-Glass Condensation" Condensation between two pieces of Insulated Glass is not controllable and is an indication of glass seal failure. Contact your nearest Pella Service Center for this situation." Page 6: "What does Condensation between the Glass Mean? Condensation between the two sealed panes of insulating glass is an indication of seal failure and the insulating glass will need to be replaced." I provided pictures as proof of condensation "Between" the window panes. Even though my windows are still under warranty Pella didn't appear they wanted to address and correct the problem in a proactive manner.

Google5The Pella team went above and beyond any expectations I had for window installation! I had a previous quote from another company and was given very little information. My sales consultant, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and went through the process in great detail with me - making sure to answer any questions I had during the initial consultation. He came back on multiple occasions throughout the process and was very organized and thorough. My installation manager, Nick, was just as knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough - sure to make the installation run as smoothly as possible. He was very approachable, and available to answer any questions or concerns. There's a reason Pella has been around for almost 100 years, they are impressive and truly excellent at quality and customer service!

Google5I needed a picture window for a property I was remodeling. I reached out to Aj Hutcheson at Pella for assistance on this since this window wasn't going to be easy due to size. Aj came out to the property, measured and got the ball rolling on this. Not only was Aj professional and helpful, he saw the project completely through from start to finish. I am in love with the window itself and it truly makes the front of the house pop. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me with this and will continue to use Pella in the future because of his hard work and managing this part of my remodel.

Google5We had a great experience with Pella in southern Oklahoma. We ordred the windows the end of August and were installed the first week of October which I thought was very fast. The team installed 15 windows and two doors in less than one day, the crew was very professional, and our home was left incredible clean and no debris/ trash was left behind. I shopped around multiple vendors decided to go with Pella- the quality of windows are unmatched and are beautiful- definitely worth the investment. Service is great too! Definitely recommend.

Google5The windows are so clear it's like they are not even there! The installers were so very careful and cleaned up as they went. Everything was done so professionally... we love our new windows! Eric was very helpful in the deciding and ordering process!

Google5We were very happy with the entire process of replacing all of the windows in our mid-century house. The windows are everything we would expect of Pella, an excellent product. We were also very impressed with the measuring and installation. Pella finished the entire house in one day and we were very pleased with the work and the finished product.

Google5Pella Windows delivered everything promised from price, timing, professionalism and quality beautiful windows. When installing, some of our brick was damaged. They sent someone out within a timely fashion to repair and you'd never know there was an issue. Our salesman 'Jeff Chill' was wonderful. I would highly recommend Pella Windows. Call Jeff and he'll take care of you!
