Google5Jesse Burns was very professional and very knowledgeable of the issues with my garage door. He came out to fix the garage door the same day. He went above and beyond of what other people would not have done. Jesse took the time to go through all the issues and explained in detail. I would hands down highly recommend Precision Garage Door to ANYONE! I will be a Precision Garage Door customer for life! Thank you so very much Jesse, you are the best!

Google5Really appreciate the manager Jesse Burns! We ordered a new garage door and installation through precision door. At first I thought the door had design issues because there was a gap between the door casing and the bottom seal container which caused leak/holes for the air to go through from the bottom corner even with the weather stripping. We had 2 employees come and also switched the seal from a 3 inch to 5 inch but the issue was still there. I was about to give it up and accept that this was a design issue until the manager Jesse Burns came to take a look. After his initial visit, he went to the warehouse compared this door's bottom seal container installation with others of the similar brand and were able to reach a conclusion that the manufacturer had put on it in an opposite way. He came back and reinstalled the bottom seal container and now the issue is fixed! Before we flip the bottom container around, to make us rest assured, he promised us that if this didn't work, he would order and replace the bottom panel from the manufacturer for us if we couldn't fix it this way. It made us worry free and we are very happy about his commitment to solve the issue! After we turned the bottom retainer around, the track was even to the floor and everything turned out just fine and good. We are so glad that we ordered the door through precision garage company!

Google5Tanner came to my home and assessed the door, gathered parts, and had them all installed and everything working great in a short amount of time. He was kind and knowledgeable. Excellent service - I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having issues with their garage door.

Google5I was able to make a same-day appointment the day after our garage door decided to give up the ghost. Our technician, Jack Walker, arrived within the appointment window and quickly assessed the situation, offering three repair package options to choose from. He made sure I understood what he was doing every step of the way and what to expect. When he was finished (which took less time than he thought it would), he went over all the work he did and parts he replaced so I knew exactly what he worked on. I've used a different garage door repair company before but they didn't offer the level of service Precision, and Jack, did so I will be using this company from now on. I highly recommend them!

Google5First things first.....if you so happen to use this company, ask for Jesse Burns. Jesse Burns, do it....! I had my garage doors serviced on 1/2/24 and I was thoroughly impressed with Jesse's professionalism, knowledge and overall friendly nature. He called me 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, made sure I would be home and showed up on time. We greeted one another with a handshake and he politely asked what my issues were and we went to evaluate what needed to be fixed. After inspecting the doors and talking about the options I had, Jesse gave me a quote and allowed me to view everything and decide on what I wanted to do. Be it add something else, take something off, he never pushed me in a particular direction, which, made me feel good because you often hear those horror stories about these guys who make you feel like you don't have any options. Completely not the case here. All in all, I think my appointment lasted a tad under 2 hours, but it didn't seem like it because we talked about everything from music, TV and just life in general. If I need their services again, or know anyone that may need them, I'll definitely recommend them. I give them an (A+), as well as an (A+) for Jesse as a service tech. Thank you, job well done!!!!

Angi5I have used Precision before on a spring repair, so I decided to get a quote for a new door to match the house. It was quick and painless all via online/email. We scheduled it, and the technicians (Matt and Jack) called before they arrived and we're punctual. They were both very nice and informed me of all I needed to know about my new door and best ways to maintain it. Would highly recommend this company. Angi5Precision was the only local company open and willing to give me an actual appointment on the weekend (one company advised as being in Oklahoma City was actually from Fort Worth!). Thankfully, they were able to fix it early the next morning and had the replacement parts on hand. The repairman explained the situation clearly and quickly installed two springs. Will definitely call them again if I need garage door work! Services Rendered: My garage door stopped working Friday night with my car trapped inside. Turns out the spring was broken.

Angi5My first clue should have been the $49 service fee to give a bid, but they had such good reviews and I prioritize quality and value over basic price. Techs were super nice, on time. Told me that I needed safety cables for the door as well - no surprise there. However, they quoted me $550(!) to install a new opener (including $70 for the safety cables). A little haggling and they offered an option for $450 - their lowest possible price. The other bids I'd gotten ranged from $275-350. When I asked why their service was worth almost twice as much as other installers, they couldn't convince me. I paid them the $49 fee for the service call. Then I scheduled another reputable OKC company to do the same job for $350. Services Rendered: New garage door opener to be installed.

Angi5Chatted via their online chat system the night before to set up an appointment. They set it up to be there between 3-6pm the next day. They called to let me know they were on their way about 30 mins in advance and were here by 3pm. Explained some options and fixed the spring within about an hour or less. Smooth transaction. Angi1DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! My garage door opener chain was moving but the door was not moving up or down and my door was stuck down, so I called Precision to come and fix it. They set up an appointment for me and I was relieved to know it was going to be fixed. Instead of coming out, the technician called me to see if he (me on a ladder) could fix it over the phone. I told him right away I wish he would just come out and fix it, but I got on my ladder and tried to understand what he was telling me. He got frustrated when I couldn't find the part he was talking about and said that he was not going to come out because the $49.95 service call wasn't enough for such a small repair. I told him the money part didn't matter, that would pay him $100 because it was not working and I needed it fixed. He still said no. I told him it sounded like their business did not want to help me and he said he'd have someone from the office call me, but no one ever called. I was flabbergasted at this absolute lack of customer service and the fact that they decided my problem wasn't worth their time without ever actually even seeing my garage door to properly diagnose what it needed to fix it. I'm a 66 year old widow and I belong to Angie's list because I have to depend on service providers to do repairs for me that I am incapable of doing myself. Now I have to call another garage door service to have someone fix this. This absolutely makes no sense. How in the heck can they tell what's wrong without even bothering to look at it first? I have to say this is a first for me, and I guess since they assumed, without even looking at the door, that I didn't have a big dollar repair, I wasn't worth their time. The end of the story is that I still have a garage door that is stuck down and needs repair by someone! Services Rendered: Did not come out after they set up appointment and confirmed a time.

Angi5He responded promptly to our inquiry, and made an appointment to come out to our home to look at choices and view the different prices. He had lots of color brochures for us to look at, and had information on hand with an iPad to give us prices. He explained the installation process, as well as the time involved in ordering, delivering, and installing. His wife called to confirm everything...they also sent us e-mail estimate and confirmation of installation date. On the day of installation (for which he arrived promptly), he noticed a slight defect in one of the doors (which I had not noticed), and pointed it out to me, and informed me that he would order a replacement part at not cost to us and install it as soon as it came in. I felt that they were very professional and I am very pleased with the results. Services Rendered: Replaced garage doors, one two car size, the other single-car size.
