Google5Tommy recently installed a new garage door opener for me. This is the thrid time I've received his exceptional service over the past 8 years including a new garage door and 3 openers. His prices are reasonable, he is honest, prompt, courteous, and very skilled...a true professional! He even insisted on staying extra time to program all my remotes for 3 garage doors so I didn't need to climb ladders!

Google5Our garage door needed the torsion springs replaced. We found Tommy and so happy we did. He was professional, courteous, and explained in detail what he had done. He even took the broken springs with him. He was reasonably priced compared to other local businesses. He even worked around our schedule. We are so thankful and pleased with the work he did. If we ever have any other issues, we know who to call! Thank you Tommy!

Google5Had a torsion spring blow apart on me Monday night, I called The door guy the next day and unfortunately it went to vmail, but Tommy called me back in about 10 minutes. So leave a vmail! I explained I needed a replacement spring done, and after a few questions, texting some photos, he determined that the one spring I had wasn't enough, and even quoted me a price over the phone. Showed up the next day ONTIME! Did the springs, found a frayed cable, and serviced the rest of the door. Runs quieter and smoother. Same flat rate he quoted (very reasonable) and was pleasant to work with. His wife collecting payment over the phone was equally pleasant to work with. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

Google5Highly recommend him! Hey y'all! We had an issue with our garage last night. The torsion spring broke and we were unable to open the garage. Apparently, it's supposed to have two torsion springs on it but the home builder only installed one. I called "The Door Guy" this morning and he came and fixed it a few hours later. He was quick, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend him!

Google5I was having garage door issues in Charles Town, and I went looking for a garage door servicer without any direction. I found several operations, but I chose to go with the more local guy, the Door Guy. In return I received excellent, prompt service, from an expert in his field. With great communication, we arranged to have the work done the day after I called. He diagnosed the root of my problem quickly, explained it to me simply, and even pointed out a few other potential issues he could tidy up. He quoted me a fair price and got to work. Within an hour, he was finished and my garage door operated like a dream, better than we've ever known. This is not just a garage door servicer, this is my Door Guy moving forward. I highly recommend Tom, if you're looking for a garage door specialist.

My fiance and I had a broken spring on our garage door which one of our cars were inside and we weren't able to get the door opened due to the spring. We called this gentleman and he was very efficient and eager to help with the problem in the same day. We definitely recommend reaching out to this company if something like this happens to you! I will definitely be referring others!

Google5Garage spring broke the morning of Black Friday and I was really worried I wouldn't be able to find someone to fix it. Cathy and Tommy were so helpful and came to fix the door spring a couple of hours later! I was so happy with their work and absolutely recommend using them!
