We had our garage installed by a different company two years ago (who did not do a good job and was not up to code). With the wind this winter and over the last two years, the garage door started to bend and there were issues with the springs. Jerry came out and immediately figured out the issues and gave reasonable and affordable solutions to help us restore our door. He came to look at our door the same day we called, gave an estimate and was able to have a technician come fix the door the next day. The whole process was so easy and both Jerry and his technician were kind and courteous. I highly recommend Aksarben Garage Door for all your garage door needs! I will not be using anyone else!

These guys were great. I should have called them years ago. I could have saved myself many frustrating hours fixing my very old garage doors. They came over and had them dialed in and working great in no time. Very reasonably priced. If you have very old garage doors and openers give them a call for a tune up.

Jerry and his son at Aksarben Garage Door are fantastic! They recently installed new garage doors and openers for us, and the quality is excellent; we can already feel a big difference in the temperature and comfort inside our home. If you need your garage door serviced, I highly suggest using Aksarben Garage Door Services. The price was reasonable and the service was professional. I reached out to Aksarben Garage Door Services after hours for service and received a reply the next day during business hours. My issue was not urgent, I made that clear in my service request. I did not follow up with them until later in the day when I was wrapping up at work as a result. Jerry was the person I worked with and he knew who I was right away when I called and what I needed. Jerry was in the area and met me at my house in the time it took me to get home. He was friendly, professional, and kept my best interest in mind when providing suggestions for repair options. Jerry then repaired my garage door in only a few minutes. When Jerry started working, it was immediately apparent he was not just a repair person, but a master of his craft. He knew his shit and was worth every penny. The repair only took a few minutes because Jerry was a true expert, not because it was a simple repair or you ( unless you are Jerry or work with him) and I could have done in the same amount of time. When the time does come again that I need garage door service, I'll be calling Aksarben Garage Door Services.

My garage door would not raise up more than a foot and I was unable to get the car out. I called and the next day they came and oiled the track and adjusted the track so it was not rubbing. They were very quick to respond and did an excellent job.

He fixed the problem and then some. I had noticed that the door had been making noise and not rolling smoothly for a while. He serviced the door, reinstalled the rollers and moved the spring (it had been installed too high).. He said it was a bad install - it was a different company that installed the door, not Aksarben Door. The door is much quieter when it moves now and the movement is very smooth. I'm very happy with the results and Aksarben Door will be my first call from now on I was especially happy that they came on such short notice. Services Rendered: Garage door rollers had come off track, called and they were here within 30 minutes of calling to fix it.

Our garage door would not open all the way. The door was rubbing on the metal tracking from opener motor to door. Jerry came out and made adjustments to both garage door and opener.
