Google5I had three UniFi security cameras installed by Atom I.T. Repair, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Bryce came out, took the time to look around the house with me, and helped me decide on the best spots for the cameras. The install looks really clean (no messy wires), and the video quality is great, even at night. He also set up the UniFi app on my phone, showed me how to use it, and made sure I knew how to check recordings and alerts before he left. I never felt rushed, and he answered all my questions. If you’re thinking about adding security cameras or going with UniFi, I definitely recommend Atom I.T. Repair.

They were super fair with their pricing, no surprises or hidden costs — and really took the time to explain everything that was going on with my computer. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and they were incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made the whole process so easy. It’s rare to find a tech service that’s this honest, transparent, and customer-focused. All around just a really, really, really awesome IT service to work with. Highly recommend!

Google5Bryce is great to work with. He updated my tower by installing 16GB of ram, installed a backup 4TB drive, updated me to 2024 Office Home and Business, installed Quicken Classic Premier, installed Bitdefender and cleaned up the the computer. With all the work and updates, my machine is responding much better and I am pleased with my new computer setup. I am very thankful for his professionalism, work ethic, and overall general concern that my computer continues to run smoothly. I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Yelp5I could not have asked for better service! Steve came to my house within hours and diagnosed the issue in short order. He even noticed a potentially dangerous situation with our other garage door (a fraying cable) and fixed that also. He had to come back the next day with the new opener and it was a Saturday and there was no extra charge. He had new opener installed and repair made to other door done in less than two hours. He was up front about the pricing, which was more than fair. I would highly recommend.

Yelp5They repaired our dryer and went above and beyond. He tore the whole thing apart and cleaned a done of lint out of the dryer. I don't think everyone would have done that. Will be using him for many other things in the future.

Yelp5I called for installation of a tv mount, television and sound bar. Steve was great. He called when he was on his way and was on time. He took down the old television and wall mount and installed the new tv mount, television sound bar. He made sure everything was hooked up and all of the wires were hidden. Steve was very personable and did not seem rushed at all. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I'll definitely use his services again!!!

Yelp5Extremely happy with our experience with Atomic Service. Steve was responsive, fast and helpful. We were experiencing issues with our washing machine (only 5 years old), Steve almost immediately knew what the issue might be over the phone. Prior to even coming out to look and test the machine, he ordered all the parts and had it fixed it in 1 session. I also enjoyed the fact, he walked me through the diagnosis process on the machine and any other potential complications, so that we have some knowledge for the future. Highly recommend Atomic Service and will be recommending him to family and friends!

Yelp5Steve is a great guy!!! He has done many things for me (mounted TVs, replaced ceiling fan with light fixture, installed outlet, configured a wireless printer, fixed that printer when I screwed it up, hung drapes/mirrors/paintings/etc.) over the past 4 years and they have all been stellar. I've purchased some wallpaper that he recommended and I'm sure he will do an excellent job of installing that, too. He shows up when he says he's going to (only once was late because a previous job ran longer than expected and he communicated that to me at the time). The very first job he did was hang a tv on the wall for me. I was immediately impressed when he brought in a hand vac to clean up the very minor drywall dust the install generated. He always verifies that what he's going to do is what I've asked for. His work always looks very professional and I wish my teens had half his attention to detail. His prices are fair and he cuts anything that isn't absolutely needed when he can. It's rare to find someone with his level of work ethic, pride in doing an excellent job, and consideration for his clients.

Yelp5Would highly recommend Steve from Atomic! Had an issue with my dishwasher. Gave him a call and he just happened to have a cancellation so was at my front door within an hour or so. Spent about 1/2 hour - 45 minutes dealing with my D/W and fixed it all up. Charged me a good decent price for his work. Nice guy, too. His card is on my fridge and he's now "the guy" I'll call when something goes wrong in my house. Nice job!!!
