Google5Eckrich Home Repair and Remodel replaced porch posts on our 1955 brick home. I was impressed with many areas of Austin's service. First of all, Austin's communication was excellent! He returned my initial call quickly and scheduled the initial contact to give us an estimate. He notified me his estimated time of arrival 10 minutes prior to arrival. That was a first in our 50 years of home ownership. His bid and final cost matched. There were no surprises. Finally, the quality of his craftmanship and decision making during the process were excellent. He made the support of our porch roof by code and better than originally. I highly respect his skill level, knowledge base, decision making and sincerity in doing quality work for a customer. Eckrich Home Repair and Remodel will be the first company I call from now own!
