Garage door wouldn't close all the way. Called Brian and he arranged for Jacob to come out the same day. Jacob located the problem quickly and had the garage door operating properly within minutes. He even found the source of a minor squeak. Can't say enough about these guys, they are terrific!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Brian and Diamond Valley Doors. We had a hinge break last weekend that caused the door to come out of the tracks and called another company (with 5 stars) in a pinch. They came over and helped us get our door down but told us we needed a new door and that repairs would be $1,300 so we'd be better to just replace the whole thing. I just didn't get good vibes from him and frankly, didn't like being told what I needed to do without being given options or at least an explanation as to why that was the best course of action. Enter Brian. We had actually called him a few weeks prior and picked up a new hinge (for another that had broken on our small garage). I felt like he was very helpful so I urged my husband to call him to get a second opinion on our new problem. Brian came over the next day and not only told us that we didn't need a new door but walked through the things we needed to fix and other potential issues down the road. We never felt like he was trying to sell us anything. We really felt like he was trying to help us out. And he did at a fraction of the price of the initial quote! Our doors feel new! I really wish he did more than just doors because I'd call him for anything!

Diamond Valley Garage Door installed new springs and garage doors at my home in 2014. Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. Almost 10 years later my son popped something loose on the opener while playing. I called Brian and he was there within hours! Repaired within 5mins. Recently had Brian update my doors and opener. I trust Brian for all my future needs!

The spring on the garage door broke and I called several companies. Diamond valley was the only one to call back and was able to come fix the spring quickly. We live in an HOA and our cars have to be in the garage. Thankfully it was fixed quickly and without much hassle. The cost wasn't bad either.

Brian arrived as scheduled to install our new garage door. He was friendly and polite. He worked with the door adjusting and lubricating it until the door was amazingly quiet. He cleaned up any debris left in our garage or driveway and even cleaned hand prints off the door when finished. I would absolutely hire Brian back to do any work needed on the door or the opener. Our new door looks fantastic and really bumps up the curb appeal to our home. Services Rendered: We had Brian install a new insulated garage door with windows. He is the consummate professional which is so refreshing at a time when so many contractors are forgetting the merits of great customer service. He responded to the initial inquiry promptly with a return call. We scheduled an estimate to be done in a short period of time. He spent time with me (hubby was out of town) explaining the different options and did not try to up sell me on something that we didn't need. When I decided to go ahead with the purchase a day or two later he sent a confirmation email/contract with all the garage door specifics within a couple of hours. And they were all correct the first time!!!!!!
