This review is long overdue. We hired Karina for a full-home renovation in Costa Mesa, and the results were incredible. From the very beginning she provided a clear design plan, guided us through every step, and handled all the details we didn’t have time to manage. A waist of 2 1/2 hours. I saw an ad that they would give me a really good discount on Windows because of a program so I requested a quote. I was told it would be at most one hour. They were 30 minutes late, then took two and a half hours. we were trying to feed our kids dinner and get them to bed and they just keep pushing there sales pitch. It seemed like a scam. They were totally trying to manipulate us and tell us a bunch of c*** to try and convince us that we need their windows and to take this deal. It seemed like they claimed the price that they give to everyone else was jacked up and that they take thousands off but really they just pulled it back down to what they would normally charge, which was still alot. then would try and trick you into getting work done that you don't even care to get done but tell you that it's free, but actually you end up paying for it anyways. Then they pressure you to sign and make the decision to do the deal and if you wait to the next day you'll lose the opportunity. Don't waist your time. They also lied to us about there reviews.

I live in **********. The ******** branch office handled all the work: Six windows replaced in August and siding replaced as late as November, right around Thanksgiving. Although the siding job was later than I preferred, I believe it was worth the wait. When working outside, timing is everything. Despite the unseasonable cold (we set a record for lowest high temp for one day, at least), the installer diligently worked to complete the project, even working "Black" Friday after Thanksgiving Day. The Lord also blessed by providing a prolonged dry stretch, with only a few sprinkles one day. The installer was a fantastic person; I deeply appreciated his skills, professionalism, and sincerity. I was completely at ease with him working on the house. Both the Ascend composite plank siding and installation workmanship are terrific.The three-man crew replacing the windows in August made quick work of that part of the project, completing the job in less than five hours. They skillfully overcame the obstacle presented by the difference in depth of ************* Dream vinyl windows and the aluminum windows being replaced (the new ones are nearly an inch deeper). The exterior trim was a nearly perfect match to the "Pebble" tint of the vinyl. As above, I am quite happy with the product and work performed.While frustrated at times with the lack of updates from the project managers, I have learned that patience wins every time. Remembering that mine was not the only project on their calendar leads me to respect all the people who had a part in completing it so well. I am glad to take this opportunity to recommend K-Designers for you home remodeling/upgrading needs.

I saw some bad reviews of this company and trouble believing it because my experience with KDesigners was fantastic. They put in all my downstairs windows and did it at a very good price and the workmen were quick and efficient and they cleaned up so well I couldnt tell theyve even been here. Then I had them do my upstairs windows, and my experience was exactly the same. My home is so much quieter and so much warmer and my heater hardly ever turns on now and its cold outside.

I had ********************* from KDesigners come out today to give me a estimate on siding. He was dressed nicely, well mannered and very easy to work with. 1st impressions mean a lot as they represent their company. The estimate he gave me was a fair price and added extra incentives. I really like that he didnt pressure me or try and make me feel I had to do this quickly. I liked his honesty and directness. I would recommend KDesigners for your remodeling or updating projects. You wont be disappointed.

Had a salesman come about 2 years ago, he talked and talked added more items to the list, and talked more, very pushy and way over the top. The cost of Siding a 24 ft by 36 ft house with suffit and fascia was $50,000 added in 1 window and door with the siding part, wow way out there, so we said no, then he started subtracting for promotions and got it to $30.000 before he finally left because we were outside in the cold, ( we didn't want anyone in our home per the big C) the next day he called leaves a message about a deal just for us, then a lady from the owners office called left message for us to call, apparently they could go as low as $12.000. After all that we still could not afford on a fixed income and could not get a loan, until now, went online to find them again and started reading reviews. So grateful we did not go forward with them after reading a few of the comments on here. they must train all their employees to be pushy

Terrible, do not recommend at all!!! Had appt set for 9/11/23--they no show/no called. Left work early to be at appt and they pull this. 2nd appt set for 9/14/23--they called husband-who told them to call me since he was at work in another town and I was home waiting for them. No one called me, I sat her till 5 pm again and they didn't let me know they weren't coming. I called to speak to a Manager/Owner, the gentleman who answered the phone wouldn't put me through to them, he put me through to scheduling. So I chewed **** to the same kid I spoke to the 1st time they didn't show up. He PROMISED--(not) that a manager would call me within the next 30 minutes, it's now 9/19/23--I'm still waiting for that phone call. Never, ever will I give them the time or day to come into my home and do anything. Oh yeah for the inconvenience, they were sending me a restuartants.com gift card; guess what, don't have that either. Lie after lie and customer service is an F. Stay away from this company. Would not trust them at all.

This company is a pure scam. I had them come out for a quote to replace my windows. During the initial call/screening, I was promised that they had multiple programs to help qualify me for free windows. As I was explaining this to the gentleman over the phone he continued to reassure me that this was in fact true and that his Marketing Manager would be able to walk me through the steps and which programs I qualifed for at my site walk. So we scheduled. As soon as the Manager got to my house I asked about this and he said that multiple people had told him about the same Ad I had see but that it was in fact not true at all.They are liars and cheats. DO NOT USE.Yes, I knew there was most likely going to be an issue as the initial call unfolded, I wanted to see how it played out and if there was any smidge of a truth to his lies. There aren't. Don't be fooled or scammed. Be aware! Sharing to educate.

My husband and I put our name down on their list at a home show! We decided that we didn't want to use them. For over a month now I have told them to delete me off their list and I am not interested at all!! They replied we can't do that but will put you on the do not call list. What a joke, they continue to call!! Do not put your name on their list they will continue to call and harass you even when they say they wont!! This company is so pushy and won't take no for an answer!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Based u0on an ad, i called this company re: windows. I decided not to use them. Yet, the company has been calling me at least 2-3 times per day. I have asked them to stop calling, but it didn't work. I did block their number and they continue to try calling daily.I simply called to inquire based on an advertisement.The woman I spoke with suggested that I have someone else to talk to her, because I could not choose a date. I am disabled and retired. She inferred that someone else should "make decisions for me".I've been doing fine for decades, own my home and told her she was out of line. In fact, I was livid at her ****************** used polite but strong language!Told her that I make my own decisions and do not want to be contacted. Still get calls, but their 2 numbers are "blocked".I wouldn't buy from a business in which pressure and endless calls are their manner of doing business. The comments were also insulting & discriminatory.
