Google5Our home and garage are vintage 1910 so we are always cautious in adding new components as very little is square or level. Tungsten Royce turned out to be the right choice. Ultra professional with great people and top quality products and top-notch pre-install support. The install team was the best; professional and enjoyed their work. Gave us options but did what was best for our house. Could not be happier with our doors. .

Google5We are so happy with our new doors! We recently converted our garage to an ADU and we used the Wellington doors from Tungsten Royce. In fact, I can say this now, their doors were the key to the whole project. We wanted our garage/ADU to look like a garage from the outside but also provide plenty of light, style and functionality from the inside. The center door provides the entrance but all of the doors fold/slide and can completely open up the space. They are well engineered and function perfectly.They also provide security with a rigid locking dead-bolt. We upgraded to the dual pane and energy efficient model because of it being a living space. The guys that came out were very professional and thorough. They measured multiple times, discussed different options/challenges and discussed the layout with us to make sure everything would be precise. They even matched the paint exactly. The only negative is that it took a long time to get the doors delivered/installed but they told us that up front. It was well worth the wait!

Google1We are super disappointed in the doors and service with Tungsten Royce. These doors were very expensive and the paint started peel after one year. We recently had to have bids done to repair the peeling paint and each of the paint companies said the same thing. These doors were not primed. When we inquired, we got the run around and it took weeks for someone to call us back and then no follow-up. We would not recommend this company for obvious reasons. It is quite expensive to have these doors repainted when they weren't painted/prepared correctly in the first place. In addition to the paint, we have had to have a repair person come out twice to fix the hinges. We had originally wanted two doors and the company insisted on three and one which doesn't work well. The hardware used holding the non locking doors were cheap and had issues within the first few months. They didn't hold the doors and had to be lubricated and even replaced. When you spend this amount of money on carriage doors you would think they would last more than 9 months and that the service would be excellent. On top of those issues, the locking door goes off the track and won't close. We have had to pay to repair this within the first year of completion of these doors. This has happened several times and today the sweeper under the door fell off. We are extremely disappointed in Tungsten Royce's products, customer service and lack of follow through.

Google5We have always admired our neighbor’s garage door, and so when it came time to replace ours, we asked who installed their door. They replied it was custom made by Tungsten Royce, who we contacted to help design a garage door appropriate to our Spanish style house. The company’s expertise and craftmanship in designing and installing our door, along with the pride they take in their work and dedication to customer satisfaction was beyond compare. We couldn’t be happier.

Google5I can not say enough good about this company!! I own a wedding venue in Idaho and needed some grand doors to separate 2 venue spaces and I needed the doors not just to function as doors but to be a feature of our venue. I looked all around locally and was struggling to find someone who could make doors that were 10 feet tall and 5 feet wide (to fill a 10x10 opening). I came across Tungsten Royce and was so impressed with their work that I took a risk and ordered from a long-distanced, and boy am I glad I did!! These guys are as kind as they are professional!! They work with you on every detail to make sure you get the quality and the design that you are dreaming for! I’m really particular about details and they makes sure I got just what I wanted!! We made some last minute changes to our design and they were amazing to help us with that! I would highly recommend using these guys. Their products are amazing and their customer service is amazing too!! Thanks so much to all the guys who helped make our venue a space to be proud of! We LOVE our doors!!!
