Google5Israel was great when he came to my residence and fix my garage. He was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing. I would us him again and refer him to my family and friends.

Google5Definitely recommend! Israel with One Call Solutions came out to service our garage door that kept bouncing back up and not shutting. A few nights prior to Israel's visit, I paid nearly $300 for another local garage company to come by, whose tech told me my springs need to be replaced and quoted me $1,700 for a new spring system, which I of course declined. He then charged me $300 for the after-hours visit and to manually shut the garage door for the evening. He spent 10 minutes at my house - I felt robbed and lied to. Israel was honest and forthright. He did confirm that my springs were really tight causing it the issue, but he did not resort to recommending a full immediate replacement. He said he would try to manually release the tension in the springs to see if that will help. He warned me that, on rare occasions, attempting to release the spring tension can cause them to break. I told him thank you for the heads up, and I am okay with him proceeding. He spent an hour working on the springs and the door was working again! I appreciated his expertise and his honesty.

Google5Got these for through my home warranty program and they did a fantastic job. Were able to fix it while I was away. Israel did a great job!

Google44 stars because even though the tech fixed my garage door properly, he could have spent a little more time on the service/maintenance part that I had asked for as well. However, I think this is probably the company I will keep using moving forward. They actually answer the phone, book you fast, show up on time, make the repairs efficiently, and their pricing is fair. The Lady on the phone and the tech that came in were both very nice and pro.

Google55 star service! Filed a claim on a Sunday, next day was holiday. Received e-mail that service would be done that Friday. They actually came a day early and had our garage door fixed quickly and efficiently. The service tech (Israel) was very polite, knowledgeable. This was our 1st claim with company. I have to say I'm very pleased with the service I received.

Google5One Solution, was able to work me in yesterday as my garage door opener broke again after being repaired by another company 2.5 weeks ago. Technician Israel, was very professional & knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue promptly. I'm glad this company is part of my home warranty company's team.

Google5Excellent service! My garage door stopped working properly on Sunday afternoon, and an appointment was promptly scheduled for Monday morning. Israel was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the problem and detailed the work that was needed to correct the situation. My garage door was properly fixed. Am very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company!

Yelp5I totally recommends this company, they answered me very fast and they came to my house the same day. The technician was very professional and friendly, he knew what he was doing and he fixed the problem. They call me when the tech was on his way and then when he left to ask me how was the service. Great costumer service!!
