Google5We had a very good experience with Precision when our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. They came out on a Sunday, during the stated time frame, and the technician Chris was knowledgeable, informative, and very competent. He was able to assess the problems, give us estimates and walk us through the various parts that needed to be replaced (and some that were left up to our discretion), and do all the necessary work all in under an hour and a half. Would definitely recommend this company, especially if you need your garage fixed on a weekend or off hours.

Google5I had called Precision to get my garage door fixed. I have used them before and was totally pleased. My technician was Sopheak Ker. He was very polite and explained what he was doing. So when I called this time I asked for him again. What a wonderful man. He is so kind and told me what he was going to do. If any one needs a company to fix their garage door call Precision they are the best. Thank you Sopheak the door is working great

Google5I called at 8 o’clock in the morning, and someone was at my house just before 10. I was amazed! Rashad was very professional, polite and friendly, and knowledgeable. He made a general inspection of my garage door and mechanism, and he reviewed all the options that I had. There was absolutely no hard cell, like so many other companies. If there had been an urgency for something, he would have told me. Although it was a little pricier than I expected for a simple repair, the promptness and professionalism made up for this. I can strongly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Google5Can't say enough good things about Precision Garage Door! They're was service needed on an older door (spring broke) and PGD was able to show up first thing to keep us out. An inspection revealed some other items that were wearing with the time and elements. The homeowner was given all the options with no pressure or upsell to correct the discovered issues. The tech (Nick) worked, quickly, efficiently and remarkably quietly. The repairs were competed in no time at all... Included programming the keypad, all the remotes and our vehicles to operate the updated system. He finished his work, cleaned the areas were he worked and hauled off the trash. It's great to have a company show up on time, do what they are hired to do and do it all very well. Kudos Precision! Nice work.

Google5Precision responded right away to a repair request for a broken spring on our garage door. They came same day and Sam repaired it within 30 minutes. It helped make an angry tenant able to get his car out of the garage on a Sunday, rather than waiting patiently for Monday morning. Great job !

Google5It was a very simple to schedule online, and I appreciated the availability on a Saturday. Anthony arrived on time and did a great job explaining options and helping me make the best decision for new garage door openers for a new build garage. We decided on wall mount openers. He was able to obtain the equipment and install same day. Thanks Anthony!
