Google5I've known Danny since he was a student in high school. He has always displayed honesty, character and integrity. I have always used his garage door service. I called him today because of a broken door spring and within the hour he had a professional service tech at my home replacing the spring! I've recommend him to all my neighbors and friends!

Google5Ace is my go to garage door company. They are true professionals with everything related to garage doors. My spring broke a couple of months ago and they were at my house within an hour. This morning my garage door opener died. Ace was at my house within two hours with a new garage opener in the truck. However, they first tried to repair the broken opener, but it was too old and needed a new logic panel, which was just under the cost of a new opener. We opted for the new Lift Master! Geffrard Fortunat was a true professional. He installed the new opener and helped me program the keypad. Then he programmed my car buttons. It is not fun to have a repair bill at Christmas, but I feel that Ace gave a fair price for the new opener and labor. We upgraded to a Lift Master and are amazed how quiet it runs! I highly recommend this company for its response times, expert technicians, honesty, and fair prices.

Google5Signed our quote for a new garage door on a Friday, and the job was done the following Thursday! In my opinion, their door options were better than the other estimates we got. So we got a nicer looking door, and the price was better than all of them. It also included a smart opener and outside keypad. I would definitely recommend Ace!

Google5Our garage door suddenly would not go down. I had used Ace garage for a different issue and they were prompt, polite and know their job. I went online I had an appointment in a matter of minutes with a time confirmed for the next day. The service person arrived as scheduled , fixed the problem got my door to go down and suggested some minor repairs that would be necessary for the longevity of the door. He took care of the issues and now I have a very smooth garage door opener. Thank you

Yelp5Called Ace yesterday about getting a garage door opener installed and got same day service. They said 4-6 pm and they were there when they said and completed the job in that window. Our technician Victor was super helpful and very professional. He really knew what he was doing. He re-aligned our door and did a super job installing the opener. It's much quieter now. Will definitely be using Ace for all our future garage door needs.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I would have like some sort of discount offered - like, since I bought an upgraded model, waive initial service fee.

Yelp3Appointment: I selected this co. because they had such an outstanding reference on Yelp. Amazing! I called them for an appointment & the guy who answered was reassuring & charming. He said they'd be there bet. 10am-12pm. Imagine my surprise when they tex on there way in 45min. My hardware was faulty & needed replacing. Those big coils that lift the door. I was also unaware that my key panel had totally malfunctioned & needed replacing. Reps: There techs are warm, swift, experienced, safety conscious, respectful.

Yelp5I set an appointment with their online system. They text me when they were on the way and arrived as scheduled. I had a knocking sound when opening my door for years. Two nice guys looked at the garage door and gave me a reasonable quote. They got to work. They replaced all the wheels and serviced the whole thing. No more knocking and works great. Not sure why I waited so long to get garage door looked at. I will definitely use them again.

Yelp1Worst experience with a contractor of my life...very unprofessional..he called to say he was an hour out, I said ok and hung up. He calls right back berating me talking about my Mother who is deceased. Very upsetting experience. If you are a single woman alone I use caution I was actually afraid and called to tell company before he arrived.

Yelp1The Ace service technician misdiagnosed the problem. He wanted to replace the door opener due to a "broken gear assembly" due to weight of the door. As a result of his diagnosis, the repair would not be covered by our home warrantee and we would have to pay for a new motor. Doubting the assessment, we requested a second company's opinion. At our own expense, we had the original installer come out and assess and make the repair. The repair consisted of only a replacement of a stripped set screw on the opener motor wheel shaft. No broken gears or any part. We called to get remuneration from Ace for the original call-out charge but were simply hung up on by Ace. So not only does Ace Garage Door misdiagnose problems, the service agent who hung up on us was disrespectful. Given a choice, go elsewhere.
