Extremely disappointed with Banko Garage and their so called emergency service. I contacted Banko Garage around 7:00 a.m. due to an emergency at my home in Orlando and my call was answered by an on call individual named Ramone. From the moment he picked up the phone he was rude dismissive and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or even listening he repeatedly emphasized that he lives in Tampa stated that he does not come that far for emergencies complained about the early hour and spoke to me in a condescending tone. Before I could even fully explain the emergency he hung up on me. I am extremely confused as to why an emergency call from Orlando was routed to someone in Tampa and even more disturbed that someone who treats customers this way is representing this company. This was not just poor customer service it was hostile and disrespectful especially considering this involved my home and family during an emergency situation. What makes this even worse is that as of now I still have not been contacted by anyone else from Banko Garage and I am still in need of help. No follow up no apology and no attempt to resolve the issue. For a company that advertises emergency services this is unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed in Banko Garage. No customer should ever be treated this way especially when calling for urgent assistance. Based on this experience I would strongly caution others before relying on this company in an emergency.

I called this company to replace spring that snapped on my garage door. I was able to get service done quickly and person who handled replacement was thorough and cleaned area after completion and greased door as part of service. I recommend them.

He arrived promptly, completed the spring replacement in under 30 minutes, and went above and beyond—balancing the door, oiling and lubricating all moving parts, and even fine-tuning the garage door opener to match the new spring tension.
