Google5Excellent Garage Door made our day! Rafitt replaced our garage door opener and set the remotes. He was patient and kind. I especially respected his knowledge of the system. If you're looking to get some work done call them and ask for Rafitt!

Google5Technician was polite, professional and very knowledgeable in providing garage door consultation as he replaced broken spring. Company staff was great at setting appointment and communicating. Pricing was reasonable and they gave me a discount.

Google5Raffee was my installer. My spring had broke over the weekend and I used Google to see who was a top repair company and Excellent Garage doors came up at the top. I looked at their reviews and called them Monday morning. They were able to be out here on Tuesday and he quickly assessed what needed to be replaced. He gave me some options but I just took care of the broken spring. He had it swapped out in 30 minutes! I was worried I was going to be late for work but he had it knocked out in no time. I would not hesitate to use these guys in the future for anymore repairs. A big thank you for getting my garage door to open again!! We appreciate it.

Google1Extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service I received. I purchased 4 garage door remotes from this company and two of them worked with my machine. The other two did not. The technician recommended those for my specific brand but it didn't work. My old remote controls worked after I changed the battery. They refused to accept the return of the two remotes that did not work 2 days after I purchased them. I've never encountered a company that will not accept returns on items that do not work, even if their own technician recommended them. Will never do business with this company again.

Google5Our garage door broke late afternoon. We were so worried that we were not going to find anyone to fix it on such short notice. We called Excellent Garage Doors and our call was answered right away. Customer service representative was very professional and understanding. She told us a technician was on his way. We were so glad we called them. Within the next hour our garage door was fixed and our family was safe. The technician was professional and punctual. Great customer service, professional technicians, will recommend to friends and family.
