I'm not the person that would leave reviews but the service that I got from this company was the worst. Tech comes out to my residence late night almost 7pm with incorrect parts. Also used my ladder which I thought it was lazy of him. His truck had several ladders but he didn't want to remove from truck. Didn't have no communication with the realtor on what equipment Was on the residence and decided to assume what we had. Couldn't do any repairs and mentioned that it was Friday that he had some drinking to do. Not very profesional. Monday comes and it's late afternoon so I decided to call him and he said he forgot to call us in the morning that the part was not getting here till the next day Tuesday. I had already made arrangements and canceled a couple things. He comes with the belt on Tuesday rushing that he had other appointment in Clermont, installs the belt but the belt is super loose and he tells me the garage door is too heavy that's why it looks like that. Didn't explained anything and left rushing to his other appointment. I would scratch this company out of my list for any future repairs. Very unprofessional , sloppy, no communications and no pride on the end result.

Awesome service! Came out on the same day and gave me a great rate to repair torsion springs when compared to other companies. Elvis was very professional and knowledgeable! Recommend highly!

Payless Garage Door is a sigh of relief, last thing you need before a hurricane is for your garage door to stop working and for big commercial contractors to tell you, "it will have to wait until after the storm". Well screw them.... support your local business people because they care!!! PAYLESS GARAGE DOOR SERVICE RESPONDED TO MY CALL WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS A DISPATCH TIME WAS SET AND MR. This gentleman Elvis Valdez was quick prompt and focused. He made the best out of a bad situation. My car was in the way the door was jammed no easy access. Yet he worked around it promptly. Very courteous. Highly recommend.

I had to write a 5 star review because upon visiting Orlando a year ago my sister called him from a listing on thumbtack and he did a excellent job for her. Here it is a year later and we've moved to the city and needed QUICK, FAST, RELIABLE & WARRANTED service & he along with his brother provided just that! I was impressed with the fact that he underquoted himself BUT stayed with the original price he gave us due to him making the mistake. I will always know to recommend Mr Elvis for commercial or residential service.
