Google5Rami had an opening when I called and was at my house within 15 minutes to replace a broken spring. He explained how and why - basically a tutorial for a job I would always call him to do. He answered every question and didn't recommend replacing the cables (like a different company had) since they were undamaged. He was honest, friendly, and I will gladly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door work.

Google5I highly recommend United Garage Doors. The response time was quick and Rami is very personable and easy to talk to. He was up front through the entire process and I never felt like I was getting a run around. So glad I called on them for a new garage door opener.

Google5My garage door opener had died and I needed it fixed quickly. I found United Garage Doors after looking up one or two others. Their reviews were very short of "great". I called United and spoke with Rami. He was on the road to other calls but within about 2 hrs called and said he could come by. He thoroughly explained what had happened and how he would fix it. He also gave me my available options, which I really appreciated. Another 1-2 hrs and my door was working...AND more quietly than it had in years. Rami was quick, knowledgeable, thorough and very personable. He did a great job and, he happens to live close by! Perfect. You won't be disappointed. He knows his business.

Google5I am a returning customer and highly recommend United Garage Doors. They have always been more than reasonable and are very professional. Every single interaction I have had with them has been very pleasant and efficient. They came by today on short notice and fixed the wiring and sensors for my garage door motor due to my collapsed ceiling, and I am just so grateful. It's nice to work with a trustworthy company I can recommend to all my teacher friends and family. This is my third time using them, and I will continue to use them. Very satisfied.

Google5I can't stress enough how great it's been to work with United Garage Doors. Excellent communication with the entire process and they were right on time with the installation. This company doesn't do a rush install job. Quality work!!!! They take their time and make sure everything is done flawless. To my surprise they spent a great amount of time making sure everything was cleaned up before leaving and went over everything with me. No question I would use them again for any garage door needs and I highly recommend them

Google5In searching for a company that sells garage doors, I talked with several & met with 3 - each sold a different brand but prices varied even though the features & specifications remained the same. I chose United Garage Doors. When I first called them, I spoke with Rami and after explaining the urgency (our old door was falling apart), Rami came out that same day. I was impressed with his promptness AND he wasn't trying to sell me anything more than what I needed. Additionally, in researching his company, I was impressed with the tenure of the company and that they also had excellent reviews on their service! I bought the door on Wednesday and Rami was able to schedule installation for Friday, 2 days later. JJ was our installer! He knows exactly what he's doing and couldn't have been more professional. I highly recommend United Garage Doors!
