Mr. Santi is very talented. He helped us figure out what we needed to purchase to upgrade our bathroom and where to get it. He took out a very old tub and installed a very nice no step in shower. He upgraded plumbing that was 70 years old. The tile work looks very nice and clean. He promised not more than 3 weeks from start to finish and met the goal. Finally I found his prices very reasonable.

Santi Contractor LLC just renovated my entire condo. From top to bottom, his team transformed my kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. I can’t say enough about his expertise in remodeling my bathrooms. He was able to increase the size of my masterbath and add a pocket door which gives me more room and privacy. Santi upgraded all my appliances, lighting, floors, beautiful tile in both bathrooms, doors, and painting throughout. His work is absolutely impeccable. I have lived in northern Virginia for over 30 years and I can honesty say Santi is the best contractor I have ever hired to work on my home. I will include pictures of my condo.
