Google5Desert Overhead Garage Doors provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! Called to requested a quote for a new garage door and garage door opener, Monique provided a quote and scheduled a service appointment within a couple of days. Brodie arrived on time began checking the issue and stated " you don't need a new garage door or motor, the problem are the wires and sensors. Truly appreciate Brodie's honesty this says volumes about his work ethic he is a valuable asset to this company. He contacted another tech as he did not have sensors on hand. Art also arrived on time and did an excellent job of replacing the sensors and all the old wiring. My garage door works perfectly now! Great team work professional and honest! Definitely will recommend to friends, family and neighbors!!

Google5We've used desert overhead door twice in the past 3 years. Both of our experiences were above and beyond our expectations. Their work is high quality and they make recommendations about how to save money on projects. This is clearly a group of people who are in it for the long haul. Highly recommend

Google5We called Overhead Doors to save us from a severely botched job by another company. Brodie and his crew came almost immediately, quickly resolved and rectified the errors and damage done by the other company. Their crew from reception to Brodie to technicians were polite, efficient, and extremely competent. The prices they charged for our needed new equipment were cheaper than the supposed "deal" we were offered by the previous company that created the problem in the first place. Not only that, but they made a special place in their schedule to respond to our call for help when we jammed up our number pad. and they came at no further charge to us. I highly recommend Desert Overhead doors for their customer service, which is a standout in the current business environment, their technical capability, and their professionalism. They are our go-to garage door experts in the desert from here on out.

Google5I can't say enough about the quality of service, actually the quality of the service person, that you have sent to my home's rescue over the last 8 years. Martin returned to work on my garage door today, for the 4th time. He has repaired the door, replaced the opener, and repaired the door again. He does so with a great smile. He's quick, but not rushed, and his explanations and offerings of differing options are easy to understand. I am impressed with consistency of quality in the service you provide. 5 stars plus! for Martin and Desert Overhead Door!

Google5Desert Overhead Door was a great experience! The customer service from the time I called the office through the install was fast and affordable. I received the best price from all the 3 quotes I received to replace my door From Desert Overhead Door. They helped pick my door to match the protocol from my HOA and showed up the day they promised! Thanks Desert overhead door!!

Google5Desert overhead door does a great job. My daughter and I own rentals and have used Brodie a few times and are very satisfied with his workmanship, reliability, efficiency and cost. Brodie fixes whatever is necessary and doesn't try to up sell you. He's punctual which is important when dealing with tenants. We will continue to use this service. I highly recommend them.
