I called to have my door done. Had all my information taken by a receptionist and even had billing taken care of. I was supposed to be contacted by one of their technicians and was never called. After over 36 hours I finally reach back out to the business and their technician wasn’t returning for almost a week. The receptionist was a new woman and was extremely RUDE. She had no idea about my account and sending someone out. So I waited and went through the process for no reason. I definitely wouldn’t use this business due to bad customer service and disorganization.

I'm a disabled veteran, who just needed clarification about their printed ad that states they sell springs, but when I called they said they do not sell the springs. When I contacted the company to get clarification, I did so in a professional and respectful manner. However, I was met with hostility from the service manger Nate. As I'm asking for clarification, he tells me "all I've been doing is complaining", then he proceeds to tell me that "he's got things to do." Now mind you I wasn't met with type of behavior on Dec.15, 2023 when he left me a friendly voicemail (will be posting on YouTube) when they thought they had a potential customer. If you're not spending money with them, they want nothing to do with you.You treat people respect regardless if they're spending money with you or not.

I agree with the previous caller. I tried several times to reach the owner. He had come out to see our property to give us an estimate. We were really perplexed why he answered only one email. I called several times because they had good reviews but no one ever called me back. Maybe good reviews are not valid? We thought that maybe our job was too small and they were busy taking bigger jobs but our job was substantial - it was a driveway gate and 6 gates. It’s really a mystery how contractors choose their jobs nowadays. Our thought is to at least be professional and communicate that they are not able to do the job.

The best service and price bar none! Todd, the service representative was professional and accurate in his prices. Door was installed yesterday and looks fantastic, and the installers were great! I highly recommend this company!

Have used Patton several times. The last time they built a custom iron and wood front gate. Beautiful! Delivered on time and installed without problem. Customer service is great and the people there are pleasant and helpful. You can't go wrong with this company

Came on time. Did work quickly, expertly, efficiently. They carry this part on their truck which tells you it's a part expected to fail. Family business of father and sons and they know what they are doing and do it well. Services Rendered: Replaced a stripped, broken rack (Chamberlain's poorly designed plastic piece of insufficient strength for the job required) on a Chamberlain garage door opener. Requires removing the rail from the motor, disconnecting electrical, sliding off the broken rack and sliding on the new one. Then reconnecting everything back. Second time doing this in two years (only here five months and rarely use this opener). Shame on Chamberlain.

They are an incredible family-owned business (father & sons). They were a pleasure to work with in the design, manufacture and installation process. Both Geno and his sons made the process fun. This was definitely not our experience with other contractors we used in Palm Springs. We have remodeled many homes and rarely come across the extraordinary service given by these people. (No, I am not related to these people nor am I being given anything in exchange for this review. In fact, I just joined Angie's List to find a competent handyman in Palm Springs and saw Geno's name on this list with no reviews posted.)
