Google1TLDR: Rushed work resulting in very poor quality. Took 6 months to get 2 pedestrian gates installed properly. We used New Generation for a couple of new gates for a backyard. After initial install the gates were not strait or level causing it swing when opened. The hinge side needed some adjustment which in turn would result in the latch side also needing adjustment. Before these adjustments were made Mark insisted on sending the painters. I cautioned that it needs adjustment and maybe even new trim and welding. He said its fine the painters can come back for touch up. Well low and behold they had to move the latch jamb resulting in a white paint line on a dark wall. Frustrating when an unexperienced home owner forewarned about this issue and was ignored. I also made clear to Mark that the painter is not to "paint match" my color but actually use Benjamin Moore paint (of course I said I would pay for the paint). Since the gate was already painted and only the latch jambe needed touch up the painter came back except this time I had bought the paint myself. Can you guess the end? The paint color wasn't even close. So basically he said he used Benjamin Moore when he clearly didn't. I assume he just grabbed whatever white paint he had lying around or tried to paint match it with some Home Depot trash brand which never works because base colors vary. Also worth noting is this whole process took about 6 months because they basically forgot about my job. Then tried to invoice me for the completed work when I had an uneven and unpainted jamb.

Google5We are rebuilding a house in Palm Springs and needed a new garage door that matched the design aesthetic and quality we are going for. It's a pretty big opening and wanted to avoid the need for a support column in the middle and 2 smaller doors. Our contractor found these guys and we signed them up. I'm not sure what we were expecting, but our expectations have been exceeded - by a mile. This door is absolutely beautiful inside and out, with beautiful timber and high quality machinery and hardware. The timber is so nice we hesitated to stain it to match the rest of the house, but we did and its better with the wood grain still visible. The operation of the door is smooth and quiet - far better than any garage door we've used. The team that did the installation and set up the remote controls were fast efficient and damn nice guys. It's connected to our wifi network, so we can even open and close it remotely with an App on our phone - amazing. This was obviously an expensive garage door compared to a more standard option, but even so, we consider that we received excellent value for a totally custom design and manufacture. We dealt with Ivan Angulo who is one of the owners and a straight-up honest and smart guy. We are 100% satisfied. Since I posted the review above last year, we had New Generation also design, manufacture and install automatic gates for our driveway. Amazing quality - super happy. Ivan is a genius ! These guys can do anything.

Google5Searched all over the valley for a new garage door bottom seal. After visiting the major box stores and 7 other garage door specialist, I was directed to New Generation Inc.; Tony knew exactly what I was talking about before I even showed him the old seal. After searching his inventory he was able to find a replacement seal and offered to let me take it home for a trial fit. Needless to say I was amazed by this offer. The seal was a perfect fit for my garage door and I have since returned to New Generation Inc. and paid for the seal; at half the price they wanted at the online stores. Thank You New Generation Inc. may you have many more years of successful business.....
