I'm a disabled veteran, who just needed clarification about their printed ad that states they sell springs, but when I called they said they do not sell the springs. When I contacted the company to get clarification, I did so in a professional and respectful manner. However, I was met with hostility from the service manger Nate. As I'm asking for clarification, he tells me "all I've been doing is complaining", then he proceeds to tell me that "he's got things to do." Now mind you I wasn't met with type of behavior on Dec.15, 2023 when he left me a friendly voicemail (will be posting on YouTube) when they thought they had a potential customer. If you're not spending money with them, they want nothing to do with you.You treat people respect regardless if they're spending money with you or not.

I agree with the previous caller. I tried several times to reach the owner. He had come out to see our property to give us an estimate. We were really perplexed why he answered only one email. I called several times because they had good reviews but no one ever called me back. Maybe good reviews are not valid? We thought that maybe our job was too small and they were busy taking bigger jobs but our job was substantial - it was a driveway gate and 6 gates. It’s really a mystery how contractors choose their jobs nowadays. Our thought is to at least be professional and communicate that they are not able to do the job.

I called to have my door done. Had all my information taken by a receptionist and even had billing taken care of. I was supposed to be contacted by one of their technicians and was never called. After over 36 hours I finally reach back out to the business and their technician wasn’t returning for almost a week. The receptionist was a new woman and was extremely RUDE. She had no idea about my account and sending someone out. So I waited and went through the process for no reason. I definitely wouldn’t use this business due to bad customer service and disorganization.

My homeowner's association recommended them to me. They use their service all the time. The salesman was great. Everything was great, they did a great job. The price seemed reasonable. The quality is great, the sound is almost totally silent. They came right out, I had no problems at all. I have no complaints at all. Absolutely, I would use them again if needed. They knew what they were doing. He told me how to maintain the door. Services Rendered: They replaced my garage door for me. I bought the opener a year ago so that was not replaced. They did the rollers the frame and everything. They replaced my door with a brand new door. The price included taking down the old door and replacing it with the new door.

Our garage door ripped itself off the wall on my way out at 6:15am. I called Patton expected to get an answering service but got a person instead. 8:00am the guys were at the house, got my car out, secured the door, and I was on the road by 8:30am. Being a 1930?s house nothing is straight forward and most always complex and expensive. The guys came up with a cleaver solution, they came back that afternoon, and they made it work. Fabulous. The technician was exceptionally thorough and took his time to make sure everything was in operating order. I was exceptionally pleased with the service. The charges were quite reasonable and were less than what I had been quoted by a repairman sent out by my home warranty service. I will definitely use them again. Services Rendered: He serviced my garage door opener assembly, balanced the springs and programmed my openers.
