I called Dave’s Garage Doors thinking I needed a new garage door. A part of the bottom panel was rotted out and it was noisy and did not function well. I had done enough research online to know that the starting point on a new garage door was about $5,000.00. Dave came out to look it over and said that I had a good garage door and that he could put it into great shape with new rollers, taking out some sag in the middle, replacing the rotted-out area, rewiring, and a few other things and could do it for around $695 saving me a lot. This entailed about six visits including his initial survey and final touches. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. I have a new looking garage door that operates far more smoothly and quietly than it has since I bought this home. His bill was around $110 less than he had estimated. He said this was because it took a couple of hours less than what he estimated. Dave was a pleasure to do business with, did great work, and was easy on the pocketbook. He was one of only two businesses we have had do work on our home out of over a half dozen in the last five years who did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and at a great price when he could have made a much bigger sale out of it. Dave did an amazing job replacing both of my garage door springs. The front office has great communication and Dave was able to service my garage door within 24 hours of me calling. Called for a (garage door wouldn't close) repair and he came out within 20 minutes of the call! Gave us a price quote on the spot and inspected everything. Changed the bulb, lubricated the sides, changed out the gears in an hour or less. Garage door works great again. Great service especially on such short notice. Highly recommend.

Best customer service experience I've had from any company in quite a while.
