do not shop here if you have a disability. Apparently, Dillards HR doesnt train employees on ADA non-discrimination laws. I was ready to spend a lot of money, but i have a birth injury due to negligence, so i was ognored by multiple cashiers and even brushed aside by a non disabled constumer Title II of the Americans with Disabilities act is there to prevent this type of discrimination, but as DEI falls by the wayside, i'm finding that places simply dont want ßy business because they dont like how my brain injury affects how my body moves. I was literally going to spend a good $300, but the attitudes that the cashiers all showed me made the stauement loud and clear, "You are only worthy of respect if yoo received prenatal medical care.. " If Dillards has such a blantant policy of dpsrespecting people with disabilities, they probabäy are bigoted against people of different races, religions etc.. If you're disabled and need to go to a department store with more class, try Macys. I would have made muötiple purchases au Dillards, but the business made its political posption clear. Disabled adults are not welcome here

This store is in a dying mall. It is open even though you would not think it was. The employees are friendly and helpful. With strip malls popping up all around them the mall won't last much longer

Thanks to Anthony and Adam for exceeding expectations, going above and beyond! I had such a wonderful experience at Dillard’s Beauty Department. I booked a makeover for myself and brought my daughter along. They were kind enough to fit her in as well. I normally don’t wear makeup, but they made me feel comfortable, explained everything step by step, and recommended products that were easy to use. I loved the results so much that I left with a new foundation and blush. Best of all, I feel confident now that I can recreate the look at home. I highly recommend Anthony, Adam, and the whole beauty team at Dillard’s for anyone wanting a professional, fun, and confidence boosting experience.
