I had Pinckard and Son install a couple of sectional doors on a metal detached garage along with a wall-mount opener. The doors are incredibly well-built and they look great. The install is really clean and they open and close very smoothly. Equally important, the crew showed up on time and did the work when they said they would. I would definitely recommend Pinckard and Son for any future garage door work.

The employees arrived at the time promised and completed the work in a very timely manner. They explained what they were doing and was replacing just the broken spring. I ask if I should replace both and he ask if I use the door as my main entrance to the house I said yes and he recommended I replace the second spring. He never pressured me but gave his professional opinion on why I should replace the spring. They were both extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Highly recommend! These guys did a great job! From the initial estimate, payment, scheduling, and installation, it was a great and painless experience. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was very friendly and helpful with any questions. They did a full replacement for a door and opener after Hurricane Michael damaged ours. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. From Tuyet explaining the difference between the doors that I narrowed my search down to, through the installation by John and Jon Marc I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism of this company. Also I spoke with Tara several times to get updates on my order and she was also very polite and professional.I was informed from the start that the lead time would take longer than usual because the countries oil pipeline was hacked and Covid was delaying many aspects for the manufacturer receiving materials. In spite of the wait, which Pinckard and Son had no control over, it was well worth it. Highly recommend

I called and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. When the technicians got to my house, they knew exactly what the problem was and knocked it out in about half an hour. In that time they also gave my garage door a tune up, greasing down the wheels and tracks, and making sure everything else was functioning properly. Knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any garage door work done.

One of my two garage door torsion springs broke. I called Pinckard & Son to have both springs replaced because I figured it was only a matter of time before the second spring failed also. I was quoted $300.00 over the phone for replacing both springs. When they arrived the next morning, they looked at my door and said they could install one stronger spring that would do the same job as the original two and it would be less expensive. They completed the job in about 20 minutes, saved me $150.00, and my door works better than ever. I highly recommend them and they will be my go to garage door company from now on.
