Google5Have been without a working garage door for months. Was told by two different companies that I needed new springs and that they are not available right now. Waiting......Finally, tried a 3rd company. Well, I now have a working door that they were able to fix existing hardware under 2 hrs. Davo, was awesome, our garage is door is unique and he was up for the challenge of figuring it out & getting it to work and succeeded. The office was prompt in taking and returning calls. Very happy with this company.

Google4Great guys here. Got my new door and installed, and it works better than ever. I subtracted one star only because messages were not promptly returned and they didn't keep me informed as THEY said they would. Great products... but get ready to wait due to delays initially caused by Covid.

Google5Our garage door cable was not allowing the door to be fully closed. I call Overhead Door in the morning and by 1:00 PM two technicians arrived to repair the door. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Within the hour, the door was fixed and I was very happy. Also, when I called the office, Claire was very friendly and helpful.

Google5I used Overhead Door to install 2 Roll up doors on the back side of my garage. They helped me plan out the framing that needed to be done to fit the doors I ordered. I used a local handyman to frame the openings and unfortunately when the installer came, there was 2 different size openings. The crew did their best to work with the 2 different opening but ultimately I needed to have 1 of them reframed. Not a big deal and Jared who was my salesman was able to work my right back into the week 3 days later and the crew came back out and installed the door!!! They fairly charged me $125 for the extra service visit but when the crew was on site the first time, they also adjusted one of my main garage door tracts at no extra cost. All in all, I look at the big picture and they really took of me and I would certainly use them again! When the framing wasn't right, they could have put me off for a few weeks like so many busy companies, do, but Jared got me right back and schedule! Much Appreciated.

Google5I called in the morning and the technician, Edward Vega, completed replacement of my garage door opener in a very timely manner after clearly explaining my options. He was excellent in every way. The first indicator of his attention to detail was the immaculate and organized condition of his work vehicle! There was no wasted time or motion and every step was precise and demonstrated proficiency and expertise. This company was friendly and professional from my telephone call to the completion of the job. I can highly recommend them without hesitating.

Google5Just had all new 'parts' put on my garage door...I wish I could give David, the young man who did the work, more than 5 stars!! He was friendly, kind, ethical, very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company, and consider yourself very lucky should David come to do the work for you!!!

Google1I ordered 9 doors in May it's now November. They required 50% down and I've got 1 completed door and more excuses than I can take. Won't return emails or phone messages. Absolutely worst company I've dealt with in a long time. They don't deserve the one star I had to give them.
