2024-01-23. We had a spring break on our garage door, called Crawford & Brinkman, and they responded quickly. They are very professional, sent us a text with a picture of the repair person for our security, another text from the repair person when he was 10 minutes out, he made the repairs quickly and correctly, and the cost was less than what we expected. The best in the business!

Our garage door froze shut & when we tried to open it (automatic) - it opened, but a bracket popped out & door came crashing back down. Technician Jason came out & was able to fix it relatively easily and quickly AND affordably! We are very happy with Crawford and Brinkman. We definitely called the right company!

Excellent service! Back in October of 2022 we replaced one of our two openers, and Jason did that install. He did excellent work, was extremely fast, and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. He also did more than just install an opener, he made sure the door as a whole was in good shape, letting me know about any issues with the door/track, and making sure regular maintenance items were done. This past week it was time to replace the other opener, and Jason was the tech installing again. It was essentially a mirror of the last visit, he was super fast, super tidy/cleaned up, and everything is working perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the service we've received on both visits! Thank you!

My experience was fantastic from start to finish! I filled out an online form and was contacted within an hour of submission to schedule an appointment for the next day. Keith was very thorough in investigating what the issue was with the garage door and had the issue resolved very quickly! He is a superstar! I am ecstatic about the service I received and will recommend to all my family and friends!

I don't know how Crawford & Brinkman Door could have done a better job. I called one day and the next day my door had been repaired to like new condition. Since I have lived in this house with this garage door it has never sounded so smooth. The repairman was friendly and clearly knowledgeable as he quickly began to repair both springs. Thank you for everything !

We were so pleased using Crawford and Brinkman. We have an arched storm door on our home and has been a multi-year search trying to find somewhere that supplies these. When I found out they were a dealer for these doors (and sold them cheaper than what I was seeing in other parts of the country), we had them come out. They quickly came to take measurements of the door, show us the product, and promptly gave us the estimate of what it would cost. The next day the carpenter came out to take exact measurements and then the door was ordered. We did have to wait about 10 weeks for it to get in but that's to be expected for a specialty door. Once it was in the carpenter Jeff came out and the install was very easy for him and he was very professional and friendly. We're so pleased with our experience and love our new door!!

The price of everything has gone up since the pandemic so I gulped at the price of replacing my damaged garage door and new entry door to match. But I am absolutely thrilled at the final result! Please see photos of before and after. The installers did a beautiful job and both doors are gorgeous. Definitely a 5 star!
