We are so happy with Clark & Sons. Trevor and his team did a quick repair of a broken spring. Angela was the STAR. I called on the weekend, Angela responded within 4 minutes. She was so kind and helpful and understanding of my urgent need to get out for a surgical appointment the next day. Customer service is still alive and well at Clark & Sons. Well done!

I highly recommend this company!! After just one year, the spring on my garage door broke and the company called me back immediately and the owner came to my home within hours to fix it. The part was still under warranty, and they handled everything so I did not have any added stress or cost. Just another reason to support local family run businesses! You’re not just a number, and they stand behind their work! Our family has used them for 3 generations and we will continue to do so!!

Our garage door spring broke over the weekend after having them installed brand new just a year and a half ago. As busy as they are Wayne came out today to clamp the spring until the new ones come in for the final repair in Feb. Excellent customer service! Carolyn and Wayne and other folks that have been out have all been awesome and very responsive. They stand behind their work....what more can you as for? Highly recommend this family owned company!!

The sales person came out with choices and had measurments made. Took a few weeks because door was not a standard size, When they came it was installed in less than a day and everything from the old door was removed. I appreciated the fact that the sales woman knew her stuff. She answered questions and made suggestions about which door would be best and why. Services Rendered: Replaced a double garage door.

The sales rep Bruce, was on time for the appointment. He inspected my old wood doors for a possible fix, then gave me a price for new doors. He sat down with my wife and I and went over the options, answering any questions we had. Great interaction. We optioned for new doors with a great price compared to other companies. He said it would be 3 or 4 weeks for the doors to come in, which was fine. The scheduler called for the install date. Bill was on time, he installed my doors and did a great job, we are very happy with the way they look and operate. Clark & Sons runs their business with professionalism. Great to find a company that's so easy to work with; top to bottom. Thank you. We were very pleased all around. Services Rendered: We had two new garage doors installed.

I called these folks and was offered almost immediate appointment times. They showed up exactly on time, worked autonomously and only charged 125 dollars to drive out here, replace both cables and grease three different garage doors. They were polite and professional, I could not have had a better experience. Services Rendered: The cables on the main garage door snapped.

My old wooden door was literally rotting away. A piece under one window had just fallen out, and I was afraid that the whole window might fall out as well. I was sure when I called that I would have to wait 2 weeks to get a new door because I only had one day a week when I could be there. I figured that the first week would be to measure and for me to pick out a door that I wanted, and then the second week to install the door. I called on a day when I was going into work late. I only had one hour until I had to leave for work. The gentleman I spoke with hurried out and measured and let me pick out my new door right away. On my next day off, a crew was at my door first thing in the morning and installed the new overhead. In only 6 days I had my new door. Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. Services Rendered: Clark and Sons installed a new overhead garage door with my existing garage door opener. They removed my old rotting wooden door and hauled it away. They completely cleaned up the work area when they were done.
