Brad & Jay were professional -respectful, courteous, considerate, and patient with our many questions. They were organized and prompt. They were able to finish the renovations according to the proposed timeline with very little variation. They offered suggestions for improvements within our budget. They were great with our dog & cat ( no traumatized pets!) The renovations they made exceeded our expectations. This was our first experience with multiple home improvements and Brad & Jay led us through the process step by step. Together we met with the cabinent maker and selected the kitchen cabinets, bath vanity & shower. A floor plan was generated and Brad & Jay provided us with a timetable for the materials to arrive and the renovations to begin. We next chose flooring ,doors, & windows. When the materials arrived they worked around our schedules and installed it all. They cleaned up each day before leaving our home. They gave our aging home the facelift it needed. Services Rendered: Provided planning ,ordering, & installation of kitchen cabinets, new kitchen flooring,replacement of 2 toilets,installation of vanity sink & new bath tub/shower. Installed Anderson windows on first floor,replaced doors on the first floor including fire resident door to garage. Repaired frame of entrance doorway & garage door frame. Additionally, they suggested recessed lighting for the kitchen that has really brought more beauty to the renovation .They installed a new counter for the kitchen and a beautiful ceramic backsplash.
